The food is amazing if you eat there,any carry outs are a nightmare. The servers and service is horrible. Nothing but attitudes and a lack of any kind of caring about anything. The orders are always cold and often wrong. They (management) make up for it properly but at some point it needs to be addressed internally, 3 out of 4 wrong orders and dealing with poor customer service takes a toll and I just cant go back. The pizza place inside had some of the best pizza but its always cold. And once there was even a piece of pizza missing but I didn't have the energy to call and complain again.

Yall Our first visit and the service and food was AMAZING from the time we walked through the doors. Our server Izaiah was the best and really made this visit a memorable one! I will visit EVERY time we are back in the area. Keep up the amazing work, places like these are rare these days but yall Killed it 👏 ❤️

Red Robin is always a good choice for family dining. The burgers are great and they come with their amazing bottomless fries. Their menu is extensive with choices that go beyond just burgers and fries. I've never had a bad experience at a Red Robin restaurant. The service at this particular location was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive.

As someone with a gluten intolerance, Red Robin is one of my go to places as I can get a burger with a gluten free bun & fries. We just picked up a family bundle order with 2 of the burgers with a gluten free bun substitution that we were charged extra for. Got the order home and found regular buns on all of the burgers, despite the stickers on them showing the GF bun substitutes. GF buns have a different texture than the regular buns and these buns were not GF. I just had a sad burger patty for dinner and am hoping I don’t get sick tonight. We’ve never had this issue before. Will we go back? Probably, but not anytime soon & we’ll be unpacking to go orders and double checking each item before leaving the restaurant.

Its your typical restaurant with good food. I did have a salad and honestly, a big portion compared to many other places you go. My mom and brother had burgers and they loved it... we definitely going again, I recommend it!

I ordered their chicken tenders and friends and ended up in the hospital 12 hours later feeling I was going to die. That was Monday after noon and I still haven’t fully recovered

Came there for my nieces birthday. Me, my husband and mil all ordered the same thing. This triple bacon burger but each of us had some modifications on it. Mil had just no sauce, no bun. Husband had no sauce, me I had no bun. Mil plate came and had no issues. Husband's came and it was only a double and had sauce. He sent it back and it came out correctly after waiting that extra time. Mine on came out and Mine was only a double. Server stated he would get another patty. I'm like ok, no biggie. By the time I finished and was packaging the leftovers to leave is when the patty came out. It was a plain patty with no cheese. In my head is like what is going on with that kitchen that so many errors are happening. Other family members at the table had to send orders back as well. Also, my mil had ordered the parmesan Brussel sprouts for my husband as well. It was when we were leaving that the order came out... the sprouts had no parmesan on them. The server had to go get a cup of parmesan for them. Not disappointed with the server, he was doing his best. Upset with the kitchen and all the errors that happened.
We always have a great experience. Great food and bottomless fries.
