Went to red robin’s at 9pm. They close at 10pm. I’ve been here before and had wonderful service. Tonight was the worst service I have ever received. The waiter was nice but my experience was not. I wanted to get a cheese pizza and then they said they were all out of cheese and weren't able to make their pizza. I got french fries and mozzarella twists. I got like 10 fries total and then I asked for more french fries since I did get an order of bottomless fries, and then I couldn’t even get any more fries because “they closed down their kitchen early and cleaned all their fryers already”. Ridiculous.

Not too expensive, food was exactly what I paid for. This isnt going to wow you but it definitely hits the standard. If you want good food at a reasonable price, this is one of the go-to spots.

Worst turkey burger. I was there last month and it was great. They changed the meat and it was terrible. I asked for Cole slaw instead of fries. Waitress failed to tell me that side would cost me 2 dollars more. I would never have ordered that. Bottomless if you are willing to wait. I can’t recommend this restaurant. I told waiter the sandwich was awful and complained that she did not tell me there was an up charge for Cole slaw. She didn’t give a damn. Stay away. There are better options.

The food was ok the Yukon chips were cooked a little to long they were cold now they did go ahead and swap for fries but they were cold too so I don't know if they were some left overs from someones plate because my husband got his second order and they were pipping hot. Reason I don't like to send food back or make a compliant so I didn't eat mine I ate off his. I had the wings and they were just ok. The service was quick and the food was fantastic!! The atmosphere was not my favorite. It's difficult to carry on a conversation; it's sooo noisy, with everyone talking loud trying to be heard. Then, there's the kids yelling and the babies crying. Also, I do not like bright lights hanging above me. It's definitely not a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a good meal. It's a shame because the food is very good and the service is extremely well organized.Parking: At this location, in Greenfield, WI, here's a warning. Thank goodness it was still light enough to see the huge and could easily damage your car (not exaggerating) pot holes in their parking lot. Thank goodness there are a few ways to exit the lot. There's one, of many) potholes that is at least 4 to 5 feet in length and about a half a foot, or more, in depth.

Very loud and dimly lit. My husband ordered a sausage pizza but got meat livers and it wasn't good at all. He ate some brought the rest home and threw away. My burger was good but didn't care for the garlic fresh fries.

I ordered the Bacon Cheese Fondue Burger (similar name, but I don't remember) it was great. The fries were great, too. But the cheese dip they gave me was not very tasty. Also, it had that strange plastic film when dipping the fries into it.
Food was great - all burgers are $13-18 a piece with bottomless sides or $2 for premium bottomless sides - I ordered the burnt tips whiskey bbq burger with onion strings mayo and pickles … didn’t really get the taste of bbq u til I got to the middle of the burger - burger cooked medium well and was pretty on the mark… everything went well… pretty empty during 1pm-3pm on a Thursday…
