One of the staff members was not very friendly today. I had my app ready to scan and asked the worker if they scanned here. She said no. I turn around and see they have advertisements everywhere to download the app to scan for stars. (Photo). Then another lady came in right after me, had her app ready and the same worker who told me they don’t scan there, without hesitation, scanned the other customer’s app. I’m a bit confused and incredibly disappointed. The drink was also mediocre at best. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. I had one at Target yesterday and it was phenomenal. I’ve received burnt coffee here as well in the past. I would highly suggest training your staff better. Target is going to be my go to for shopping and a coffee beverage while I shop unless Meijer can get it together.

The two ladies were clearly upset we wanted a drink, and they had to stop scrolling down Facebook and get up of a table to give us a service. Our drinks were disgusting, and you can tell they didn't care about the job at all. I read the bad reviews for this location, and this is by far the worst starbucks I had ever been.

Great coffee, very friendly staff, welcoming and remembers your drink especially if you go often. Gets shut down regularly and runs out of ingredients often, don't know the story there but can't blame the staff. Power has gotten shut down once or twice, things go wrong often.

OK so first of all Google Map shows this in the parking lot but it is actually INSIDE of the Meyers grocery store so do not be confused like my Hubby was when he said couldn't find it to get my coffee LOL still mad about that one ;)

Staff is rude. There was two older ladies working, I gave them my order and They were rude. Normally when I go there the staff is usually nice but with these two older ladies they were simply rude.
