The same to workers who worked on Jan 13 at 11am the Caucasian one I tell them add cookie crumble she goes do you want sprinkles I said no cookie crumble she says it’s the same thing and continues with sprinkles when I tell her this isn’t cookie crumble she goes that’s what the sugar cookie comes with as if I don’t know, and proceeds to have an attitude as I tell her to add cookie crumble I understand bad days but if you don’t like your job quit cause it’s not that serious for the establishment to continue having her as an employee is a damn disgrace she needs to be fired attitude and rudeness without getting the order right and continues to tell the costumer what they already know and requested to do something different is just blant disrespectful. She needs to get gone obviously she doesn’t enjoy her job so quit or fire her cause it’s bad review after bad review for the same employee

Don't waste your time or money here. This is my second time coming here and dealing with the same rude and unfriendly worker. She doesn't bother to say hello or even speak. On today's visit she was on her phone again and didn't bother cleaning her hands before making our drinks. Her behavior is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for Starbucks and Meijer. I won't be going back. 👎👎👎

Seeing a lot of the same comments about the same staff being very rude and unfriendly. Clearly the ladies there don’t want to be there and they don’t hide it. I am always disappointed and I don’t know why I go back thinking it’ll be better the next time. This time my espresso was SO burnt and the drink tasted spoiled. My husband ordered iced and I noticed she put in hot. She said the drink came with 5 pumps when he asked for less pumps of syrup. I know the iced drinks come with 6 so I asked her if it was iced and she said yes. She lied. They gave us a hot one. So annoyed and didn’t bother getting it remade there. We just went to another Starbucks and got better ones made. Definitely done going there.

Our barista was very unfriendly, very poor attitude. She didn’t even greet us, she just was like “what can I get for you?” In a mad voice.

She was having a conversation which I don’t even care but I was asking a question and both completely ignored me. And looked bothered that I was there to get a drink. Both are very stuck up with horrible attitudes that they can’t even hide. Don’t bother coming to this location. Unless you’re ready to deal with attitudes. My coffee wasn’t even good. They make it better at other locations.

I feel like every time I come in I have to chase down a person to take an order. Today, she couldn't be bothered to leave her conversation with the security guard.

My $7 drink order may not be that important comparatively but I just think that if you're on company time you should be ready to do your job especially when you're the only one able to do it.👍🏼

One of the staff members was not very friendly today. I had my app ready to scan and asked the worker if they scanned here. She said no. I turn around and see they have advertisements everywhere to download the app to scan for stars. (Photo). Then another lady came in right after me, had her app ready and the same worker who told me they don’t scan there, without hesitation, scanned the other customer’s app. I’m a bit confused and incredibly disappointed. The drink was also mediocre at best. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. I had one at Target yesterday and it was phenomenal. I’ve received burnt coffee here as well in the past. I would highly suggest training your staff better. Target is going to be my go to for shopping and a coffee beverage while I shop unless Meijer can get it together.

The two ladies were clearly upset we wanted a drink, and they had to stop scrolling down Facebook and get up of a table to give us a service. Our drinks were disgusting, and you can tell they didn't care about the job at all. I read the bad reviews for this location, and this is by far the worst starbucks I had ever been.
