Generally the food is top notch. Unfortunately tonight didn't match that. We ordered the deep fried pickles and there was roughly a 1/2" of oil in the bowl. The server took them away and said she would let the kitchen know. The bill came and the pickles were on the tab. I asked and she discounted them by half instead of removing, said it was policy. I can't believe they charged half for these, more than half were inedible. The server wasn't very personable, not sure if she was having an off night........

We went for trivia. It was packed, yet the service was quick and kind. The beer selection is very good and well organized. There were a ton of TVs which made watching baseball easy to do. Our server was helpful and made the experience better. The menu looked nice, but we stuck to cheese curds and beer.

I like Brass Tap, I want to love it. The food is above average. Beer selection is great. I visit for casual beers, work lunches and family dinners. I have never been impressed with the staff in the 4 years since I've discovered. If fact, I boycotted for 7 months to wait for a turnover in staff. It happened, and it did not help… It’s a strange anomaly.

We've been to Brass Tap a few times now and each experience has been pretty good. The service has been prompt and friendly each time we've been here, whether seated at the bar or a table, even when it was really busy, so that's a huge plus. There's a huge selection of draft beer, almost all American craft beer, much of it local. I'd prefer some more European / Belgian beer options, but that's just me. There's lots of bottled options too. The cuisine is acceptable bar food, nothing mind-blowing but pretty decent. Prices aren't too bad. Good place to stop for a bite and some brews you may not have tried before.

Met up with a couple of Family members while visiting from CA. Nachos, Cheese Curds, Fried Pickles and Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese. Washed it down with a couple of Georgia Moscow Mules and a couple of shots of Peach Vodka. Decent bar grub.

I have been going here on and off for years. More recently, I have gone for a few Green Bay Packer games and I was pleasantly surprised. The Brass Tap has good food, an excellent beer selection, plenty of TVs, and overall a decent amount of seating. The newer owners are very polite also. This side of town needs a bar like this to continue.

Good food, good beer, friendly staff. This place is kind tucked away so I think people miss it, but I enjoy going here. Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is kitchen closes at 9.
