Ordered 3 Large pizzas and 2 large nacho sticks AND 1 medium pizza which is the one i didn’t receive. Came back and Manager said he didn’t believe me. What a horrible thing to say after paying over $100. It was the smallest pizza too. never coming back.

Another GREAT example of the people you hire unfortunately tarnishing your business toppers. What really is the requirements to work at toppers? ANY toppers for that matter. Do you guys just chuck out all the ACTUAL qualifying applicants or does shaqueeda get in working there then gets all of her friends with 0 food prep experience or a care in the world for happy customers. I get these toppers are privately owned but you guys are ALL doing a HORRIBLE job. DO BETTER AND IF YOU PLAN TO DO LESS, PLEASE CHARGE LESS. No one likes being over charged for beyond mediocre pizza. It's really ashame I used to love and be loyal to toppers until I realized the type of people they hire. Mostly all 0 food prep cross contamination trained. They will take your money and go and touch the food without washing hands or gloves... You should be ashamed of yourself toppers. Why don't you actually read your bad reviews and fix that problem? No instead I see comments from years ago relatable to comments posted this week! 2 thumbs down!

Delivery was fast and the food (pizza, wings, and dessert) was great! They forgot one of the desserts and with a quick message to the store, the delivery guy came back out and gave me the original dessert and an additional one to make up for it.

The deal says $5.99 for 2 toppings, but the cashier said the system is giving them $7.99 and they don't know how to fix it! So weird 😕 😐

He was just literally making my pizza without wearing gloves I will never come back here again not to mention please hire somebody who doesn’t have a strong accent so we can understand what he saying
I work over nights near by and was excited there was a topper close by. 3 times in a row they forgot my dipping sauces. I understand mistakes happen but it's been 3 times in a short period of time. This time I ordered extra sauces that I paid for and I even asked the door dasher to double check. When he delivered he told me he specifically asked when he picked it up, but I only had the one sauce that came with my toppers Stix, I didn't get any of the extra I paid for. I know it seems silly to be upset about sauces, but it's happening every time and it adds up.

Trying to order at 9 PM and the website insists every store is closed. Good job being the late nite pizza place that makes it impossible to order online, kinda makes Toppers worthless if I can't order at night. Let's be honest - every single local pizza place destroys Toppers during daylight hours on price, taste, etc.

My pizza was so greasy it was beyond ridiculous. Not to mention uncooked. The dough was still raw under the cheese the bottom of the pizza was to oily and soggy to even be picked up. Threw the whole thing away. Never returning.
