I work over nights near by and was excited there was a topper close by. 3 times in a row they forgot my dipping sauces. I understand mistakes happen but it's been 3 times in a short period of time. This time I ordered extra sauces that I paid for and I even asked the door dasher to double check. When he delivered he told me he specifically asked when he picked it up, but I only had the one sauce that came with my toppers Stix, I didn't get any of the extra I paid for. I know it seems silly to be upset about sauces, but it's happening every time and it adds up.

Trying to order at 9 PM and the website insists every store is closed. Good job being the late nite pizza place that makes it impossible to order online, kinda makes Toppers worthless if I can't order at night. Let's be honest - every single local pizza place destroys Toppers during daylight hours on price, taste, etc.

My pizza was so greasy it was beyond ridiculous. Not to mention uncooked. The dough was still raw under the cheese the bottom of the pizza was to oily and soggy to even be picked up. Threw the whole thing away. Never returning.

This store has really gone down hill over the course a few weeks. Izzat is a 5 star team member and driver but other than that, this store is trash.
I like toppers, I just do not like this specific branch. It has the lowest amount of toppings on the pizza, and the sauce is also really really small in amount. The last order was few days ago, I paid 2$ for literally 3 tiny pieces of tomatoes, 2$ for less than a slice of onions, 2$ for less than one table spoon of sweet red peppers. When I order the same thing from a different branch, whether it is in Kenosha or Waukesha, it will be much much better and really worth it, and the staff would be friendlier. I included a photo of half of the pizza in the review to see what I'm talking about. There is just one piece of tomato on this half. The other two are on the other half to be fair.
I called to complain, and the one on the phone told me that he would direct my call to the "front desk" to take my complaint. He did put me on hold, but I waited for like 30 minutes, and no one even responded. I gave them a chance to fix it, and they just ignored it.
NEVER ordering from this branch again.

Worst Toppers experience ever. Growing up in Whitewater and it’s always been awesome!! This location charged our CC, and then didn’t have the order online. Then when calling in, they didn’t honor the online prices and double charged us. It was an absolute you know what show. They should just not be a franchise of the original location that has always been awesome. No standards and bad management.

This just became one of my favorite locations next to Bayview. The staff here is so amazing and very friendly. I had mixed up my pickup time and there was no issue with getting it cancelled. The pizza I ordered was so hot, fresh, and delicious. Exactly as advertised. The one in SM always has issues and I get my pizza cold and soggy so this was a game changer. Keep up the good work!
