Horrible service and food is never fresh or made correctly. Almost ever time I come to this location
I’m missing an item or the food is made wrong. They never put napkins in the bag and when I go to the counter to get help they ignore me. And there’s been multiple times where Kiersten a worker complains and signs when I want the food remade correctly. The manager Michelle, I think she said her name was is NOT a professional. She hung up the phone while I was trying to tell her that someone from McDonalds had taken my credit card information and tried to spend $1,100. She wouldn’t call back, after she had initially hung up, nor would she answer the phone after that. Don’t come to this McDonalds if you value your hard earned money. Seems awfully fishy Michelle. Order chicken sandwich got back to work and chicken was raw inside pink and cold. Called manager and they said sorry and we will send you a gift card. 2 weeks later still nothing. Would not recommend this McDonald’s!
