Been to Spectators a number of times and always received great food and great service, until tonight. Stopped in for a bite to eat and sat at the bar. We ordered a a couple of beers and then a burger with fries and a sandwich. When the food came out, the fries weren’t with the burger. I was told, “The fries will be out in a few minutes.” I finished the burger in the usual time it would take to eat one and still…No fries. I waited, and it wasn’t until about 8 minutes later that the fries finally came out. No apology. I refused the fries because I was done with my eating. What’s the point? Bartender shrugged and gave the fries to what seemed to be some of her friends across the bar.
When the bill came, there was no discount for the error. When I asked about being charged full price when the fries came out well after I was done with my burger, I was told, “Well, I brought them out.” Given the attitude, arguing further was a waste of time.
Very disappointed with the attitude and the lack of apology for the uneven service times. Might be back, but not anytime soon. Still recommended for the quality of the food and most service received, but if this was my first time there, I’d never go back.

Ordered a double order of fish, single order of fish and a crispy chicken sandwich. Ordered at 5:00, they it would be done at six (if we ordered a pizza it be faster they told us). Arrived to pick up the order at 5:50. They said it would be like 5-10 minutes, so I paid for the food. 15 minutes later was informed that they were out of fish and wanted to know what we wanted instead! Needless to say we cancelled the entire order and had them refund all the money. It is completely ridiculous to wait over an hour for food to find out they don't have any fish! Lost 4 customers forever after this! Their response was apologizing, stated they had a meeting between management and the owners and would like us to give them a 2nd chance by offering a free pizza... They really should have offered what we ordered last night for free for the following Friday. Pizza's at cost for a large is like $12.00 where our order came up to $71 and change.

Food is mainly your standard pub fair. Burgers pizza and some fish options. Descent drink prices with some good daily specials. Lunch with 3 people getting 3 drinks each plus tip $120

Have been coming to spectators for years and have always had a good time but the bartenders ruined it for me. Emma was picking fights with people and causing a scene. They also refused to pay out money from the slot machines to people. If they don’t make a change of bartenders I will not be back.

I have gone to Spectators many times. Unfortunately, after being treated very poorly by the two female bartenders on Saturday night, we will not be back. We spent well over $200. The bartenders were very involved with their friends sitting on the other side of the bar, all but ignoring us. The one bartender screamed at my daughter when she went up to get her ticket from the machine she was playing. she had not carded her the entire night and then accused her of being underage. My daughter is 21. I am just sad that a fun family and friends night ended so poorly. There are plenty of places with good food AND good service to go to. so long Spectators!

Come here at least once a week with coworkers for food and drinks. They by far have the best food and service. Great friendly staff who actually remember regulars and what they order.
I had a grilled chicken sandwich which was quite over cook could barely chew it everything else was great, bartender was great, other customer with bartender kept us laughing..

Seems the drink prices change on a daily Basis..... Anywhere from $3.50 to $5.50 for a bottle of beer.
Same beer, same time the night, same day of the week.
I don't know maybe they like to tip themselves.
How about having a drink value with the actual prices.
