The young man working solo was doing an excellent job tackling me standing at the counter, deciding what to order, and yet managing the drive-thru and online orders that were rolling in. He was very kind and patient with me.

As I entered the establishment, I witnessed a father and his son leave the service line, obviously upset, I held the door for them, and the father was cordial thanking me. I proceeded to the service line, (the only person in the store), I greeted the staff,(two young gals, one training). The trainee greeted me, the lead gal never said a word until I prompted her to respond to my request, she didn't even ask if I wanted the meal price...not sure what her (the lead girl) problem...read full review
