I stood in line with no one behind me for 10+ minutes. They employees (2) were working on a pick up order. There was no sense of urgency. Someone walked in after me and waited 5+ minutes before walking out. I left without being helped and when I told the employees that they were losing customers they had nothing to say.

We placed an on-line order and went to pick it up only to find no one there. It is posted on-line and on the establishment window Sundays 8AM - 8PM. The vehicle in front of us was disappointed as well.
As I entered the establishment, I witnessed a father and his son leave the service line, obviously upset, I held the door for them, and the father was cordial thanking me. I proceeded to the service line, (the only person in the store), I greeted the staff,(two young gals, one training). The trainee greeted me, the lead gal never said a word until I prompted her to respond to my request, she didn't even ask if I wanted the meal price...not sure what her (the lead girl) problem was, I firmly believe, she's bad for your business! The trainee was very personable, and cordial, she should be promoted based on what she has been dealing with! The date of my visit was Saturday evening around 5:30 pm,27th of January....

The young man working solo was doing an excellent job tackling me standing at the counter, deciding what to order, and yet managing the drive-thru and online orders that were rolling in. He was very kind and patient with me.

While waiting in line I noticed cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I ordered a ft long beast and the girl never asked what kind of cheese. And then she threw my sandwich in the toaster even though I never said toasted. Second girl said they didn’t have lettuce and didn’t put the right sauce on the sub. One of the girls answered her personal cell phone while making a sub. That phones been everywhere including the bathroom and she’s touching people’s food with the same hand.I’ve heard a lot of bad things about this subway and just had to see for myself. Will not be stopping again.

Service is slow at this location and now the meat is sliced so thin I could see through each slice. Maybe slicing your own saves money (a lot of money when it’s see through), but it’s gonna lose customers like me. Sorry subway! You just made a new Jimmy John’s Customer!

Went through the drive through and got a normal sub the amount of mayo and pepper on my sub is insane turned my 10 dollar sub into an inedible sub
One through the drive-through ordered four subs. Two were made completely wrong missing a chocolate milk and a cookie for a kids meal. Tried phoning and asking what to do. The employee hung up on me. Went to the store the same employee gave me attitude about the wrong order along with state and he made it correctly. This is the third time this is happened to me with the drive-through will not be going back. When I asked to speak to a manager, this employee said there isn’t one and I asked for a business card and employer said he did not have one. Very disrespectful disrespectful
First off, you order in the drive through on a touchscreen monitor. And each option doesn’t list what’s on the sandwich nor the prices. Talk about impersonal. Then I waited a while for our 2 sandwiches. I had to remind the guy that we had drinks coming, then I get home and realize one of the sandwiches is as only a 6” not a footlong that I had paid for. I went back and they refunded me the $6 additional but that’s it- no additional compensation for the error. They did apologize though. I won’t rush to go back to that location.
