The food was terrible. We spent over 40 bucks for overcooked fish and chicken. The burger was so so. The onion rings and fries were ok. About the only good thing was the rootbeer floats. Maybe A&W should just stick to the rootbeer floats and NOT food. Back in Ohio years ago A&W was GREAT! But like all good things they fade away and go out of business. I would recommend the rootbeer floats here in Wisconsin but not the food!

We all had different burgers and they were prepared as ordered, but we're dealing with frozen meat patties. The Rootbeer floats were the best part of the meal, fries were tasty.

I absolutely love A&W food, but their breakfast is horrible and overpriced. I had the chicken and waffle. It was the size of a kids meal and definitely not worth it. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I think I will stick to lunch/dinner

I ordered a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich combo with a hash brown and coffee. The hash brown was piping hot and crispy, but not a granule of salt to be tasted on it. They gave me a ham and cheese sandwich instead. I hate ham so that was disappointing. I didn't open the sandwich till I got to work and they even asked me twice which sandwich I wanted. The drive through team member was polite but seemed new.

Employees do not adhere to posted hours. They said “the kitchen closes early.” At a fast food restaurant.

Very loud, greasy and expensive.

Excellent service, friendly and fast. They have great prices and tasty food. Breakfasts are very hearty. Don't tell anyone about this secret, because GWebbs is across the street, and I want to still get a seat at A&W without waiting, like we do now.

A & W is a classic American brand, and I love their root beer floats, today I got a Brat, onion rings & a float. And was not disappointed. Service was prompt, thorough, and provided by a Young, professional waitress named Jazlene. The food was delivered fast & fresh, the restaurant is of course a vintage throwback, even the radio station was set to an oldies station. It was clean as well, always a welcome touch.
Will definitely be back.

Just left this location and have no complaints. Food was good restaurant was clean and service was above and beyond. The young girl I think she said her name was Jazlene was very friendly and took care of us quickly. Definitely recommend this location!

Great food, especially the Root Beer Freeze drink! Reminds me of the old school Black Cow A&W used to serve when I was a kid in the 70's!

Food was fine, but the service was awful.

Ordered our food and got it about 15 minutes later, no drinks. We waited another 10 minutes just in case, nothing. 4 employees standing at the counter talking and flicking rubber bands at each other. We asked for our drinks, the girl who originally took our order said she would get them. She proceeded to stand with her coworkers and talk and stare before going “maybe I should get their drinks” she brought them over, and mine was wrong. i had to ask another girl who brought our straws and she goes “uhhhhh. okay.” she got my actually drink, running down the sides. my old drink was taken by a guy and he chugged it. As we are leaving, im watching them standing and doing nothing.
Should’ve gotten McDonalds instead of paying 53 dollars.
