Stopped in for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Sandwiches were loaded up very well and bagels were exceptionally fresh. Customer service was friendly as well. Only reason for it not being a 5 star is the charge to toast the bagels and the cheese not being melted on the sandwiches.

These were not typical bagels as purchased at other locations. They were small in size. Staff was wonderful and atmosphere was just ok.

First time going here. Cashier mumbled when talking to us. Had no clue what he was saying. Food was not good. Hard bagel & sandwich basically falling apart. Definitely better options if you want a bagel sandwich

Liked this place until one day when I went to pick up my order I saw a rat running across the floor and this was a couple months ago, needless to say will not be coming back here .
I was disappointed that they did not have decaffeinated coffee and when I asked I was told they didn't make it today. I had already ordered and paid, I was told to pick something else. There is not much to choose from. Food was ok, nothing special.

Big Apple Bagels has plenty of fresh bagels, variety, great schmears(cream cheeses) and other options.The bagels are not quite as big as they were a decade ago, but what hasn't undergone some level of shrinkage, right?Still a great breakfast stop and a great place to get a bagel or dozen.
Parking: Plenty of spaces here to park.

Have not been there in years the quality of the food was poor and cheap lettuce was brown you should have better quality for a 7.00 sandwich 26.00 for two sandwiches three little muffins and a coffee to have poor
