I personally love this burger king. I live closer to the one on 108th by target and that one is the worst. That location could learn a few things from this hales corners one about being friendly and efficient.

Stop going to Burger King years ago because they never had the eggnormas burrito in the morning stop back today and guess what they still don't have it. Why Is it even on the menu?
Unfortunately I never got to try the food. Waited in line 15 min with only 1 car in Front of me.. so if I wanted to have a lunch I had to back out and go to taco bell down the road! Pretty pitiful

I went into the restaurant to pick up an order to deliver and waited 10-15 mins without no one coming to the counter to help me. A heavyset man (worker) saw me waiting but he kept on drinking his coffee and walked to the back like he didn’t see me. I then decided I could get assistance if I went to the drive thru since I could hear people placing orders. I persist led and drove thur the drive thur but waited 2-3 mins and no live person offered assistance either just the automated guy. I just cancelled the order and left. This was horrible customer service especially the fact that THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY when I went in. Never giving this place service again! Hire better workers. Better bet I’m telling everyone I know NOT to go here. You’re be losing more than just me as a customer.

I was there February 6 at noon. I ordered and got it immediately. The crew of 3 was extremely great.. lt was all laughter ... food was extremely awesome. Place very clean.So keep it up. ' And if there's a west wind iam like Popeye smelling the great aroma. I live 100 foot steps away.

Went through the drive-thru…long wait in the drive-thru… Ordered a plain cheeseburger with only onions, small onion ring and a small cheesy tots. We were made to pull up to the front doors waited about 10 minutes. Received my order. Everything was cold… get home and it’s a hamburger with onions no cheese When I called the location, They basically did not care that they gave poor service and the wrong order… will not return to that location.
