Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually am ok with the staff in here. but the lady who made my food 11am on saturday jan 17 was acting like if she didn’t have my order done in 20 seconds something bad would happen. moving wayyy to quickly i felt uncomfortable and rushed. also she thought i wanted half and half, i told her actually double and she didn’t add any more meat. really weak bowl. slow down

Came in to get some giftcards. Food looked good while in line so I had to order something. steak burrito bowl was on point. Quick and delish! Will be back

Paid $6 more for extra barbacoa. After I dug through all of the fat I was given I had less than an ounce of edible meat. Truly repulsive food.

Can I give this place 0 stars?? Don’t eat here. We placed an online order and proceeded to wait 30 minutes past our pickup time. We got our food home everything in our burritos was ice cold. This is not proper food safety. We took our burritos back to the store to have them remade fresh. And no one there would help us. They said ‘oh, that’s corporate…’

What happened to customer service? What a complete waste of money and I would like a refund. We couldn’t eat our food in fear that we may get sick from eating product that wasn’t properly kept warm or cold. They also forgot my daughter’s drink and all of our chips were stale. Terrible!!

I ordered an online order. When I got there, the doors were locked! It was 11am and the doors were not open. I saw two ppl walk to the door and leave because it was locked. Since I had placed an online order I did not give up that easily. I tried calling the store but of course it was a robot. After 10 minutes, the employee noticed me and walked over and pointed at another door and smirked as if I was the one who was too stupid to know which door to go into. When he got to the other main set of doors, he unlocked them and walked away. I kid you not, no smile no apology no hello even. It was so off-putting that if I didn't have an online order, I would have just left. The other employee was kind of smirking and laughing when she looked at me. It was just very uncomfortable to say the least. Then I read the review about an employee bleeding all over a to go order bag, so who knows what kind of spit and bodily fluid is in my burrito now. :/

I love chipotle

Always a good place with fresh ingredients

Our mobile order stated a time for pickup. We arrived a few minutes early and alerted the cashier where we'd be sitting for our pickup order. It was disturbing that other folks were standing and sitting in our area, while waiting for THEIR mobile orders. The waiting customers started approaching the cashier. It turned out that either he couldn't figure out how to process mobile orders, or was unable to make the system work. He told us to GET IN LINE. What? After we'd already prepaid for exactly what we wanted? Then, waited for 20 min in the store? Then was forced to shout our order to the food line staff? The clincher was when the cashier tried to ring up our order, and CHARGE US AGAIN. This location failed on all counts, because the food wasn't even near the quality of the competition.

I drive out of my way to eat here. Best location in the area! The flavor is on point, the chips are never burnt and the staff is friendly.
