Horrible attitude from the people at the counter making the food, can’t wrap a burrito without breaking it

I ordered an online order. When I got there, the doors were locked! It was 11am and the doors were not open. I saw two ppl walk to the door and leave because it was locked. Since I had placed an online order I did not give up that easily. I tried calling the store but of course it was a robot. After 10 minutes, the employee noticed me and walked over and pointed at another door and smirked as if I was the one who was too stupid to know which door to go into. When he got to the other main set of doors, he unlocked them and walked away. I kid you not, no smile no apology no hello even. It was so off-putting that if I didn't have an online order, I would have just left. The other employee was kind of smirking and laughing when she looked at me. It was just very uncomfortable to say the least. Then I read the review about an employee bleeding all over a to go order bag, so who knows what kind of spit and bodily fluid is in my burrito now. :/

I love chipotle

Always a good place with fresh ingredients

Our mobile order stated a time for pickup. We arrived a few minutes early and alerted the cashier where we'd be sitting for our pickup order. It was disturbing that other folks were standing and sitting in our area, while waiting for THEIR mobile orders. The waiting customers started approaching the cashier. It turned out that either he couldn't figure out how to process mobile orders, or was unable to make the system work. He told us to GET IN LINE. What? After we'd already prepaid for exactly what we wanted? Then, waited for 20 min in the store? Then was forced to shout our order to the food line staff? The clincher was when the cashier tried to ring up our order, and CHARGE US AGAIN. This location failed on all counts, because the food wasn't even near the quality of the competition.

I drive out of my way to eat here. Best location in the area! The flavor is on point, the chips are never burnt and the staff is friendly.

Manager was working really hard

I have been coming to this specific Chipotle for many years now regularly. The reason I am loyal to this location is because of how hardworking and kind the staff are, because of how great their food quality is and overall the experience I have had with this location has been nothing but positive. I have never been more impressed with a restaurant!!

Just ordered a steak bowl from the Hales Corners location and the rice was hard and crunchy, unfortunately making the bowl inedible. The cashier didn't give me a receipt when I ordered so when I called in to the corporate phone number, a refund couldn't be given to me. I called the location requesting my receipt and spoke to the service manager. Service manager said I didn't need a receipt and refused to give me my receipt information. SO not only was I given inedible food, I was also denied a refund from the service manager from the Hales Corners restaurant. Never coming here again.

Ordered in person scooped wrong meat on my burrito acted like it was my fault and me being not confrontational accepted it and then couldn’t wrap a plain steak burrito closed the wrapper without it being rolled and got sour cream all over everything and had so much sour cream on the wrapper she tried rubbing it away with her glove which was covered in sour cream. she wrapped another wrapper around it to “fix” was an absolute mess just really disappointed cause I love chipotle we normally go to the one closer but they had no rice tonight. Which is more acceptable than what happened at this other chipotle. Won’t be going back here sorry. But needless to say “Chipotle is my life”lmao.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but the service is really bad

I’m familiar with Chipotle as I’ve eaten it for many years now. This location lacks salt. Or maybe chipotle altogether changed their salt content? The food literally has no flavor.

My favorite Chipotle location in the Milwaukee area. Their lines move fast, their portions are good, the food always taste good, and the staff is always very friendly & interacting
