I simply placed an order for a small strawberry malt and waited over 20 minutes… they said “didn’t you flag down the food runners” if it was my fault. She said sorry the runner forgot it on top of the cooler. Worst experience I have ever ever had at a Culver’s. I will never go back to this one!

Every time I go to this location it’s more of a joke each and every time. I’ve worked in fast food service for many years and truly don’t understand. I placed an online order and when I arrived was told my order was still being worked on, fair. Waited patiently 5 minutes pass, 10 minutes pass. I go back up to the counter and never get acknowledged wait another 5 minutes. Ask the cashier if my order is ready and now it’s been sitting on the rack for 10 minutes with 10 different employees standing around joking around and truly not working. This location will ruin what Culver’s exactly does and truly hate that it hasn’t changed.

We were next in line in the drive thru and they closed at 7pm on a Sunday? Refused to serve us. Very weird when the website says they're open til 10pm.

Come here with my ground a lot never had a problem can be a Little pricey for fast food
Service is always great at this location. The spicy chicken sandwich is very thin and bland. Could use a upgrade and more meatier patty

The burgers we got today were horrible. So over cooked. No flavor. Not seared to perfection like the ads say. Not the 1st time at this location sorry to say. Haven't had this problem at any other Culver's. Will not order a burger here ever again. Custard is great though.

Ordered the mushrooms and Swiss single. The patty was paper thin and like a hockey puck.the bun was not the same,did you cheap out on your buns? The fries under cooked and flavorless. Won't waste my money at Culver's anymore

So I'm guessing rather then tell customers you are running out of ingredients for the flavor of the day you give people who order pints basically your base flavor with a tiny bit of the add ins. Very disappointing when you find out a few days later.even more disappointing when this is the 3rd time. So done with this place.
