Asked for most simple thing on the menu through the drive thru. A hot chocolate. Asked if they had a sugar free option and they didn’t understand at all. They gave me literal hot water. It didn’t taste like hot chocolate at all. When my husband was paying, the cashier laughed at his card and showed his coworker. So that was super uncomfortable and odd.

Guy at the drive thru is extremely rude and rushes you for no reason. Last time i went they ran out of ketchup & the ice cream cones were stale! It was the start of the morning & you out of ketchup already?? Management seems extremely frugal 👎🏽

Not clean!! Decided to some inside one early weekday morning instead of drive thru. Line employee making an iced coffee for another person in line. Dropped the ice scoop on the floor right in front the customer and put it back in the holder like it was normal. Then when I was my turn the employee made my donut box but didn’t have proper gloves so attempted to use napkins to grab my donuts. I could tell his fingers were touching the my donuts and after getting the box back to the car it was covered in frosting. Won’t be back.

Not sure what happened here. Been a regular for years but the last few weeks to months have been poor to awful..Wrong drink orders and food orders…or tasting way off. We had to dump our coffees this morning…and the service is now off too. What happened to this place??? There used to be several workers on and everything was great. Sad to see such a decline in both quality and service.

I find it very sad and unfortunate that this establishment will turn a customer away that needed to use restroom before they placed an order. You represent a national brand and this poor customer service I can assure you is unacceptable.
Worst location I’ve ever been too. Zero comprehension
I went to this place thinking I would get a nice donut, I got the donut and it wasn't even iced properly, half of the donut had icing and tje other half didnt have any amd it was all melted my other donut was crushed and they didn't even wear gloves horrible, this is the second time.

I should have looked at the reviews first. I have never personally ordered from Dunkin. But it will be my first and my last!
I ordered online for walk in pick up! Thankfully I did! I got there 15 mins after ordering and it looked like they had already finished making everything. Until I looked in my bag and it was missing a wrap. I looked at the sourdough sandwich, looked like a joke! Just looked like it was slapped together. When I mentioned that there wasn’t cheese on the sandwich. The lady apologized and took it back and put on the cold cheese and handed it back. I should have asked for it to be remade. After handing my wrap, they had asked if that was it. I told them they were missing my order of munchkins doughnut treats. There were four employees and three of them looked over order. The service was as if they were super busy!! There was a couple sitting down, which seemed like they had already ordered and were just chit chatting, My order, one drive through and one order for pick up. I could understand if they were trying to catch up but the business was literally so slow! I can say none of them were rude to me which was nice but i wouldn’t go there again.
I understand that I chose this place for quick and easy, not phenomenal quality/service. But I should of just went to McDonald’s.

I can only give this place so many chances. The only time they got my coffee right was when I handed it back to them at the window and had them fix it. This is ridiculous. I get a L Hot Coffee with cream, sugar, and caramel swirl. I do not understand how they have messed this up 5x now.

I typically don't complain but we ordered through the drive-thru the person taking the order kept telling us to wait a minute we finally got our order in and had not been given a total we drove up to the window. We had to have three different people give us the total as we could not understand any of them except the last person.

Horrible ownership/management. I somehow placed my same order 2 times. Tried to cancel on the app and it wouldn’t allow me. I called the store to get it cancelled and refund my card. They said they couldn’t do that. Basically refused to refund me and tried to push me into getting different food from them to equal out what I was asking them to refund. I said no and to refund my card. They said a manager would have to call me. No call even a week later. Had to dispute the transaction with my card company instead. That’s not how you keep customers. Don’t go here, they’ll try to rip you off if they can.
