This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. I ordered a dozen donuts around 11:30 pm. I probably shouldn't have, but hey now I know better. The dunkin app said these donuts were available so we made the purcahse. I drive to pick them up and the gentlemen in the drive thru tells me they don't have any donuts. I drove all the way there, with no message, no call, nothing in advance about them not having any available. I asked for my refund and they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to call it in. I call the dunkin 1-800 number but nobody ahs the authority to offer a refund. All they could do was open a case to have the store contact me. 3 weeks later and still no call. I contacted the store finally and I was told only the manager could assist with this and that they did not have any idea when or what day she comes in. AVOID this place for your own sanity.

Asked for most simple thing on the menu through the drive thru. A hot chocolate. Asked if they had a sugar free option and they didn’t understand at all. They gave me literal hot water. It didn’t taste like hot chocolate at all. When my husband was paying, the cashier laughed at his card and showed his coworker. So that was super uncomfortable and odd.

10/10 don’t recommend this location

Guy at the drive thru is extremely rude and rushes you for no reason. Last time i went they ran out of ketchup & the ice cream cones were stale! It was the start of the morning & you out of ketchup already?? Management seems extremely frugal šŸ‘ŽšŸ½

Not clean!! Decided to some inside one early weekday morning instead of drive thru. Line employee making an iced coffee for another person in line. Dropped the ice scoop on the floor right in front the customer and put it back in the holder like it was normal. Then when I was my turn the employee made my donut box but didn’t have proper gloves so attempted to use napkins to grab my donuts. I could tell his fingers were touching the my donuts and after getting the box back to the car it was covered in frosting. Won’t be back.

Not sure what happened here. Been a regular for years but the last few weeks to months have been poor to awful..Wrong drink orders and food orders…or tasting way off. We had to dump our coffees this morning…and the service is now off too. What happened to this place??? There used to be several workers on and everything was great. Sad to see such a decline in both quality and service.

I find it very sad and unfortunate that this establishment will turn a customer away that needed to use restroom before they placed an order. You represent a national brand and this poor customer service I can assure you is unacceptable.
