Your crew there is awesome. I had the nicest opportunity to meet Noah and Stephanie your 3rd shifters. So polite so nice and 😎. I only met them 4 times but we have the best talks. I love coming there to see those two. Iam a night owl so we all relate very much. It will bring me back to see them two. and your amazing food they handle very well. I work in the kitchen industry so I know. So thank you very much we need more people like them. I hope you take care of them..

The mail server took our order we got our food pretty quick, but when I went to ask for some condiments he walked away to help another customer and it took a while just to get him back. He ignored us pretty much the rest time and except for when he gave us the check. I gave a tip which he didn't deserve but the cook did who came and took our plates and was very nice. Your server needs a little work.

I typically go to the GW in Franklin but it was closed. This was my first time going to this location and it was the worst. The floor was nasty, so nasty my shoes were sticking to the floor. The cook (Stephanie) shirt was extremely dirty which I didn't see until my order was packed and ready to go. The burger was cold and so was the hashbrowns. For $20 bucks at GW this was the worst GW experience. Will not return. First impressions are everything and the appearance of the establishment and the quality of the meal was disappointing.

Love their chilli soup but there was a metal staple in my soup and I’m lucky I felt it in my mouth. Never again will I eat there!

I usually eat breakfast there but yesterday I had dinner. They were turning customers away and they were not that busy to clean up it seems like the main guy was panicking because he got more than 4 tables

I read a review that you can't dine in after midnight. That is false. The diner is old but decently clean. Bathrooms were good. We came in late after a concert to get food before driving an hour home. The wheat cakes were delicious. I liked the texture. Eggs and bacon were perfect. The hashbrowns were dry. My daughter had the chili and liked it alot. It was filled to the brim and she ate it all. The other patrons and server were like awkward zombies. It was an odd vibe. I ate quickly and we scooted out fast.

The hospitality is great, but the food suffers
Go to this location every once in a while, Cody always cooks my dinner for me and I take it home. I asked for extra pickles and he really did extra pickles. Service is great. Food is good.
24 hour to go and no indoor dining after midnight, cold omelet the size of a Hershey bar with burnt toast when I got it to my motel and all served by a young man that clearly did not want to be there, way over price and will never return
