Rarely ever do i have an issue at this location. However, today as I was eating my French fries, I find a plastic piece in my fry box. This piece looks like what a price tag would be connected to.

Horrible that i have to do the job on some stupid kiosk then when need help no body there to answer. Maybe we could go back to take order in human so they could earn the paycheck they are crying about.

Ever since the remodel, we’ve been disappointed. Curb pickup food would take upwards of 15 minutes, and the vibe inside the restaurant is extremely sterile. It use to have a positive feel, with staff talking with patrons, but now you can’t even get utensils or drinks on your own. And staff are almost invisible since the one register is rarely staffed, and there is no visibility to the serving area. Very robotic feel, and the cherry on top was seeing a “free” gift wheel only available to those who gave perfect corporate surveys. DO NOT reward slanted surveys.

On 12/17/25 at approximately 1:00AM, I was told to drop an attitude over being slightly firm at the speaker. No one has ever made such a comment to me like that from any business before.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese a week ago and have not had one in a long time. It was one of the worst hamburgers I've ever had in my life. The bottom part of the bun was like shoe leather. The hamburger was dried out and tasteless. I'm going to go through the drive-thru you're getting somebody's house's order not correct. Everything goes wrong. The Hales Corners McDonald's is not the restaurant that you're going to. This hamburger should have been one of the best because I was right at the change from breakfast to lunch menu.

If you place an order for pickup, I wouldn't expect the lobby to be closed due to being understaffed, nor would I expect zero service at the drive-thru. Staff apparently abruptly closed and refused to serve people in the drive through even though we had a pick up order placed.

It should not take 40 min in the drive through for food. The last month or so it has been awful. Food cold. They use to have a great crew and it has gone down hill fast!

I went to get some food after work, I asked for the $8 nuggets deal. You should advise something as a deal when it’s the regular price. Next I paid and then waited 15 min in the drive through when it’s completely dead and the person in front of me was having issues. I finally got my food 15 min later went home not even 5 min away and my food is cold. I’m very disappointed….I always have a good experience during the day.
Very clean, friendly staff, and overall the best McDonald's I've been to in the Milwaukee and surrounding cities.

I did not have a good experience here. Usually place a mobile order at other McDs and my food is ready when I walk in. Not here! Lot's of angry people that were waiting for over an hour. My food came about 30 minutes after I ordered which is not acceptable! This is a sign on weak management.

I was in the drive thru and it was slow, like people are lazy and called in sick. The MC flurry was short and not even blended. And they never put a fish sandwich 🥪 in as well. The girl in the drive thru was amazing and pleasant. Hard working. Then I drove home and seen my order was messed up. Called MC Donald's and to my surprise she answered the phone and helped me as well. Her name was Angie H and she deserves a raise. Sets the tone on what all employees should be like. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. It was a pleasure.
