Very good food. It came out with lightning speed. It was a little cold by the window, sit far away from door but besides that it was outstanding.

After today’s experience, I likely won’t be returning. We arrived around 11 a.m., and the restaurant was not busy—most guests were already being attended to. Our server (the man wearing a red bandana) gave us an unpleasant look and rolled his eyes after we politely asked for a few more minutes to review the menu, even after placing our appetizer order. That reaction was extremely off-putting and unprofessional.

The food itself was great, which made the service even more disappointing. If you do decide to visit, I’d recommend requesting a different server and being ready to order right away to avoid a similar experience.

They give you pretty good size portions, the meat just didn’t taste as fresh. My stomach was kinda of bubbly the rest of the day. I’ve been to a few pho spots and I usually feel really good after but not this time around. It was really good and flavorful but just not for me.

I was going to a different restaurant in the same plaza but went to Pho Ever instead because I love pho. I was pleasantly surprised! A lot of other pho restaurants under cook their noodle or the soup is too bland, but not Pho Ever. Their pho noodle had perfectly cooked texture, and the soup was great. The bean sprouts was fresh. The only minor thing was the beef tenon was maybe cooked slightly too long that it was too soft for my liking, but that’s just a -0.5 on a 12/10 score

According to the previous Reviews below it appear to be a “Darker Skin” thing! Visited S. 108th St location & felt very discriminated against the minute I stepped in the door and locked eyes with the heavy built Asian male I believe to be a manager or owner… He stared me down and watched me like a hawk only see me get my order, pay for it and depart his restaurant. Also ordered a “Shrimp Fry” dinner for $15 and only got approximately 3 shrimp in the rice… This place is a “No Go”!

Came during a busy time but cashier was pretty rude. Never received menu had to get it ourselves, Waited 10 mins for water after asking for it. Gentleman kinda blew us off, food came out quick though. Never checked on, or received check. Not planning to return on a weekend again.

Pho and egg rolls are phenomimal. However, there are a laundry list of things that lack with this restaurant.

1) They never serve plates with appetizers. Additionally, everytime I have dined in.. I receive my apps at the same time as my pho.. which defeats the purpose of enjoying an appitizer before my meal.

2) At times the tables can be greasy and dirty and when asked if it can be cleaned.. I’ve received rude smirks and a sense of feeling like I’m asking for too much.

3) Forever having to ask the server for more water, as water is not ever really topped off during dining.

4) The Vietnamese gentlemen that always wears the banana is beyond RUDE and not friendly what so ever. Seems like he hates his job and doesn’t bother to do his job. (Never asks how food is, never asks if you need anything, you have to flag him down just for the check, doesn’t pre bus dishes off the table, etc)

Overall .. I keep coming because the food is good but everything else is awful and makes the experience suck at this restaurant.
