I’ve ordered from this Starbucks 3 times and they don’t complete my order until half an hour after. This order that wasn’t complete will be my last time ordering there. This Starbucks is absolute trash.

Quiet but not the cleanest location.
Outdoor area needed tending to.
Indoor area needed tables wiped down.
Other than that they were quick with my order and polite.

The experience is different every time
I go. My drink order is never consistently made and the drink is not a complicated order. It’s a mobile order and as many times as I have input sweetener on the same order it is always different. There is a reason why I go less and to other establishments more.

Actually I met someone there through Marketplace, I arrived a little late due to heavy traffic and I just needed change for a $50. No problem, kindly accommodated me, no purchase necessary.

I’d give zero stars if I could this Starbucks sucks every time we go there I’d say the drinks are right 5/10 times we go and as soon as you confront them about the drink being wrong they get super defensive and with how expensive Starbucks is getting I better get the right damn drink when I’m paying almost ten bucks for one. Also Customer service sucks they’re to busy talking to each other than listening to people tell them their order.

For the third time in a row, I ordered a 7.00 drink with light ice. My drink was 90% ice. I am not longer a Starbucks customer.

Wouldn’t let us place an order couldn’t understand what we were saying cut us off told us to pull up to the window then had us wait just for us to see staff making TikTok’s messing around and completely ignoring us to the point we just left. Perhaps this team shouldn’t work together?

I've had only bad experiences with this starbucks. It is unfortunate to say that but its true. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I went there three separate occasions. I will not be going there again.

The posted prices are not what we were charged, and when we pointed this out, the response was they raised prices, but haven’t updated the posted prices. The service person didn’t seem to comprehend this was an issue- saying they just haven’t had time. Seemed not concerned and as a customer we should accept what we were charged.

The people were really nice! however, I ordered a white hot chocolate and received a coffee drink. the label said white hot chocolate, so I'm a tad disappointed, but we all have those days. I don't drink coffee, but my friend said it was a good drink, at least.

clean atmosphere, workers aren’t too friendly, didn’t say much at all or say have a nice day. drinks tastes fine. They never called out anyone’s name for their drinks so I had to check every two minutes. They were also very empty but still took them awhile to make my drink.
