I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch and to add two shots of espresso the last three days in a row my drinks have been horrible. I don’t think I’ll be going back

I've had only bad experiences with this starbucks. It is unfortunate to say that but its true. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I went there three separate occasions. I will not be going there again.

The posted prices are not what we were charged, and when we pointed this out, the response was they raised prices, but haven’t updated the posted prices. The service person didn’t seem to comprehend this was an issue- saying they just haven’t had time. Seemed not concerned and as a customer we should accept what we were charged.

The people were really nice! however, I ordered a white hot chocolate and received a coffee drink. the label said white hot chocolate, so I'm a tad disappointed, but we all have those days. I don't drink coffee, but my friend said it was a good drink, at least.

clean atmosphere, workers aren’t too friendly, didn’t say much at all or say have a nice day. drinks tastes fine. They never called out anyone’s name for their drinks so I had to check every two minutes. They were also very empty but still took them awhile to make my drink.

Unfortunately I can't even drink my coffee. Having to go to another Starbucks to get it remade. Every time I go to this location my cappuccino/latte tastes burnt. Hope there is More training here on how to properly steam milk without scorching it! The wait time and customer service were not bad, I just wish I had a good coffee!

They always get my drink order right, and I've never had to wait long in the drive thru. Customer service has been excellent every time I have visited this location.

i’m just so irritated by the fact that i SPECIFICALLY asked for light ice not once, but every time i go and i’m pretty sure multiple people have told them and also had this problem and they still continue to put a BOAT LOAD amount of ice in it?!?! i just never understood why because the description is right on the sticker, it just goes to show they don’t care at all. i told them i wanted light ice and asked for them to take it out when i got the drink and the guy said “i think that is light ice” but does this really look like like ice to you? very disappointed despite the fact the drink is $6 itself.. at least put a little effort into caring about your customers.
