The food was as expected, no problems there. The dining room doors were locked and should have been open. So I went in drive through and I waited 20-30 minutes to get my mobile order. Insane

I've never had a problem with this location until today. I ordered a mexican pizza, no tomato, add sour cream. I get back to work and there is no sour cream. I drive back w the pizza with no bag as a coworker also got food. Its cold outside so my food is already cold. Go inside and tell them. They look at me stupid and ask if I want the sour cream on top or a just a side. I should have been offered a new one how I ordered it. Never going there again! Its already expensive to eat out and my order should have been freshly made.

This location mostly has some issue or the other at night. I’m here right now to order and in drive through they say it will be 20-30 minutes wait we are busy(busy with what? Restaurant’s empty). 5 cars ahead of me left without ordering. This often happens here(4th or 5th time this has happened with me). I mean if you cannot manage then why open this late and waste customers time.

I don't think this location is an actual franchise. It look old, run down, faded sign. There are employees but none are working. The weirdest experience - no one will make eye contact or respond to asking if I can place an order. It like. They are all deaf and blind. They just ignore you. Something is seriously wrong with this bizarre place.

One of the slowest moving drive through I have ever experienced. I decided to reverse and go inside, after waiting 5-10 minutes with not one employee acknowledging the line I asked “hi is anyone taking orders”. After that, a young lady making the food came to take orders.

I ordered a cruncher taco, but got a corn taco shell with a soft shell. I didn't like the corn taco and it didn't taste as good as the cruncher shell

Just a disgrace of a Taco Bell! I have been to locations where I felt like I actually mattered but this one made me feel like a dog, the way the served me slop and their attitude was like I wasn’t even human. Burnt little chicken crispy’s. Ain’t no chicken just bread. Just sadness. And when I spoke up for myself and addressed my concern they disregarded me, this explains why they had a smashed glass window that was boarded up with a wooden plank.

I used to like it here but the last few times I’ve tried going through the drive thru, I’ve been told they were only taking DoorDash orders because they’re short staffed. However I’ve gone during the day and had no problems. Food is eh, come on it’s Taco Bell. What more can you expect? After today, I won’t be coming back to this one. I don’t think reporting it to corporate will matter because they’re still making their money. Oh well

This taco bell is absolutely the worse servicei have ever seen. it was a tuesday i just got off of work around 130 am and i had to go pick up my son ... i was tired and hungry .. I saw two workers smoking weed outside when i was trying to order food now remind you i had my son in the car and the smoke was coming through my window. it took me 20 minutes to talk to someone, when someone finally talked through the speaker i ordered my food. Got up to the drive thru window some dude had his shirt off. was trying to flirt with me and get my number. also saw one of your employees horse playing when they should of been cooking my food. i waited a total of 40 minutes for my food and remind you i was the only customer there. When i got my food it was soggy and cold.. so i would never go to this taco bell again. Yall need new management and an organized envi enviroment. horrible couldnt even feed my son because it was cold.
