Just a disgrace of a Taco Bell! I have been to locations where I felt like I actually mattered but this one made me feel like a dog, the way the served me slop and their attitude was like I wasn’t even human. Burnt little chicken crispy’s. Ain’t no chicken just bread. Just sadness. And when I spoke up for myself and addressed my concern they disregarded me, this explains why they had a smashed glass window that was boarded up with a wooden plank.

I used to like it here but the last few times I’ve tried going through the drive thru, I’ve been told they were only taking DoorDash orders because they’re short staffed. However I’ve gone during the day and had no problems. Food is eh, come on it’s Taco Bell. What more can you expect? After today, I won’t be coming back to this one. I don’t think reporting it to corporate will matter because they’re still making their money. Oh well

I ordered online and came to pick up my food the lady was rude was NO REASON WHEN I SAID THANKYOU SHE DIDN’t even reply and there was one DRINK missing in my order , terrible service rude behavior, never coming back again..
This taco bell is absolutely the worse servicei have ever seen. it was a tuesday i just got off of work around 130 am and i had to go pick up my son ... i was tired and hungry .. I saw two workers smoking weed outside when i was trying to order food now remind you i had my son in the car and the smoke was coming through my window. it took me 20 minutes to talk to someone, when someone finally talked through the speaker i ordered my food. Got up to the drive thru window some dude had his shirt off. was trying to flirt with me and get my number. also saw one of your employees horse playing when they should of been cooking my food. i waited a total of 40 minutes for my food and remind you i was the only customer there. When i got my food it was soggy and cold.. so i would never go to this taco bell again. Yall need new management and an organized envi enviroment. horrible couldnt even feed my son because it was cold.

There is potential there, unfortunately the night shift is extremely lazy and find any and every excuse to close early consistently. I Will be contacting corporate about this. I can understand things happen but be proactive instead denying service once customers arrive.

Half the time I come thru late at night I'm denied service and half the time I do get service at night it smells like weed. And the times I do get service half of that time my order is wrong. The past few years have gotten worse.

If your drive thru is open your lobby can also be open. Know for a fact that thats a franchise violation of service agreement for operating a business.

This location has steadily declined over the past few years. Honestly I’m surprised it’s not being shut down it’s gotten so bad. Food quality and service are terrible, wait times are incredibly long, we are usually missing items or getting the wrong items/sauces. New management needs to take over ASAP and turn this place around.

Horrible!!! The employee ladies that work there apparently find it amusing to yell across the restaurant to each other in Spanish. The best part is the employees toddler daughter running all over the place and making everyone there uncomfortable while her mom chases her and yells at her. This place is a joke! It’s been like that the last three times I’ve been there. Be Warned, it’s terrible at this location!

Lately we are getting pretty poor excuses for not being able to get food. One time a little after midnight we were told they were doing a shift change so they could not take our order and now tonight they are only taking mobile orders or uber eats because they are low on food apparently. What will the next excuse be.
2 workers both in and out the establishment, both on their phones talking to someone the whole time one eating and drinking on the line. Half the lobby or more was dirty. Both employees looked to be parked in the very front of the parking lot usually those spots are for guests! One if not both kept going in and out to hit their vapes. I've been a manager for over 4 years in a food establishment and the expirence was just sad.

Can't really review the food, because all three times I've come through here late at night after work, I've been denied service. First time, the systems were down. Last time and this time, they were only accepting cash. Yeah I'm sure. How many people actually carry cash these days typically? Based on other reviews, the late night shift just wants to give reasons to not have to do their job. Not even going to try to come here again. Waste of my time.
