Found this place by chance on Google Maps and wow, what a win! The second we walked in, the smell of the food and the busy tables told us we picked right. My husband got the ribeye special and said it was one of the best he’s ever had. Food was awesome—we’ll definitely be back!

I had one of the best baked cod ever. A tiny bar with a kitchen that packs in a crowd in! Best to get there as early as you can as the cod sold out by 6:30. The red potatoes bathed in butter were tasty! I took a dinner home for my husband & will try the clam chowder once I get home. My friend ordered it & said it's yummy. Friendly staff & the owner introduced himself to us. We got the history of his back story nice guy too! Definitely come check this local fish fry out in North Lake. Looking forward to trying Tuesday's Mexican special next!

Stopped in while bikepacking by. Cold beer and huge BLT sandwich were amazing. Highly recommend!

We ordered lunch for our family and when we called we were told that the menu was old and we haven’t had that for two years, mind you all the menus are over a year old. Okay, made me feel like a “dumbie”, wasn’t exactly rude but wasn’t nice either. Move on. Pick up our food, we were charged 50¢ per item for a “pick up charge”. We have been charged places for pick up but nothing like that- nor was it posted on their menu. (Again, old menu) Then charged for ranch that was supposed to come with the appetizers. Over all not a great experience and the food wasn’t anything to write home about.

Woody’s is a gem. Great fish fry. Come early as space is limited. Other menu items I enjoy are the wings, chef’s choice steak, burgers, salads, and of course their mixed drinks.

Great food and great service

The food is great, most of the staff is awesome, love Ronnie, he is a super fun cook. The owner is friendly and works hard to make this place a success. Go check it out.
