I really like subway. The reason this one gets 3 stars is cuz if you order a hot sub for example meatball chances are you’ll be eating it cold cuz unlike other subways Hatley location can’t warm it in the microwave. So I only took a few bites of my footlong and had to take the rest home to heat up cuz I just couldn’t eat a cold meatball sub.

The boy with shorts putting on the final ingredients didn't change out his gloves between sandwiches. My sub which had no Chipotle sauce on it tastes of it due to the sandwich he made right before it and the sauce was left on his gloves. I'm lucky I'm not allergic to capsaicin found in the Chipotle sauce or anything else that was on the prior sub. He also put black olives on my friends sub when she asked for pickles and onions.

Swung in on our way through town. It's a subway, so the food is about what you'd expect. Staff was friendly and helpful.Unfortunately, we found the bathrooms to be a bit dirty and the doors did not lock.

I live in Hatley and rarely go to Subway. Tonight making dinner simply wasn’t on my radar and I found myself picking up sandwiches… what a great experience! The two young women working (I believe one was named Rachel) were just fabulous. The best customer service I’ve had anyplace in a long time. Thanks ladies!
