Great little mom & pop place. They were extremely busy when we arrived, but the staff was on top of their game. They didn't miss a beat, and it didn't feel like they were busy even though all tables were full. Great menu with great prices. All food ordered by our table was timely and cooked to order. Very impressed with this little café/diner off the beaten path.

Stopped in on a whim with my mom .Although it was 10 minutes to close we were told no problem!! We didn't feel pressured at all. seemed to me like a family run place? all the kids there were hustling and doing great work! I had a great breakfast and enjoyed some time with my mom!

My dad and I were in town for a playground construction project— I'd been helping out for some extra cash and resumé experience between seasons at my job— and one of the locals in the area offered to comp our breakfast for us at Lona's Corner Café.
It has such a welcoming and comfy air to it! Coming from more of a populated city area, we really only have chain restaurants, and this place just felt like it was full of love and community. I had the cream cheese stuffed french toast, which was delicious. It reminded me a lot of the Thanksgiving breakfasts I'd share with my family when I was a kid. Very sweet and filling!
If you're passing through the area, I definitely reccomend stopping by! Thank you Patty for the meal, and the Lona's staff for the wonderful food!
