Enjoyed everything about the place and the food was excellent
We love stopping here. Good food and bakery items.
Was less than an “ok” place to stop.. if you are really hungry and can’t wait for something else, otherwise keep driving . We had lunch , in my opinion was overpriced and NOT anywhere near a Hearty Helping for what we were given . The first server was blatantly annoyed ( facial expressions and body language gave her away! ) we weren’t ready to order when she came over after about 5 min of us being seated , then made us wait 20 more min before another server came to take our order . When she brought our drinks she THREW A HANDFUL OF STRAWS OVERHAND on the center table tent holding condiments from standing behind us ! This was crazy , I’ve never seen this happen , was extremely rude and ghetto ! I most definitely will never return no matter how hungry !
Good food, fast service, and priced reasonable.
I've been going here pretty much my whole life and it's always been great food and even better hospitality!

We came here to get some breakfast and it was OK. It wasn't anything to brag about. The breakfast menu is small. Me and my husband tried their "homemade corned beef hash" and it was horrible. They put way too much parsley or something in it. It didn't taste like hash at all. I brought it home to feed to my chickens. My son got a normal 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 pancake type of meal and he said it was good because you can't really mess that up. My daughter got a cheese omelet and toast. She's 11 and has an appetite of a toddler and was able to eat most of it. I can't imagine a grown adult ordering that and being satisfied. For what we were served and slow service I don't think it was worth $70 to eat there. I'd recommend trying somewhere else and probably won't be going back unfortunately.

We stop here every time we're in town. Great food, coffee is always tasty, and April is the best waitress! I recommend Covered Wagon to everyone!
Family of 5 stopped for lunch. We had the chicken sandwich - high rating, the California burger - high rating, the grilled chicken salad was super good and the fish filet sandwich was amazing. The young one loved the corn dog meal with fries. The bill was $55.00 for all 5 of us which we can’t even get a price like this at Culver’s anymore. Difficult to see going south-bound on 53, but worth the stop.
Parking: Gravel open parking so trucks and trailers could find a good spot.

What a great restaurant, the BLT and burgers and grilled chicken salad were delicious. Desserts are great too and the service is amazing. The Sunday specials are very good and their prices are reasonable.
