I’ve never been to a Caribou that isn’t excellent, and this location within a store is no exception. Service was fast and friendly, the decor was well designed. The only problem was the sheer number of flies in the seating area. It’s not their fault, per se, since they’re right off the entrance of the grocery store, but they need to figure something out because it made for a poor experience.

I have always enjoyed Caribou coffee. This is a nice stop especially if you're going to pick up a few grocery items. I usually slide in and grab something on my way to shop. Nothing better than enjoying a Mocha while doing my shopping!

Me and my mom always go here and they always do a great job. We never have any issues and they are always very friendly. Our coffees always come out perfectly. It’s our favorite coffee shop to go to.
I love coming to Caribou for my coffee when I come up to Hayward. Sadly, my last few coffees seem to have a lot of coffee grounds at the bottom making the coffee taste super bitter.
