3 stars is giving the benefit of the doubt! This was our first time to this dairy queen. Only the 2nd time ever eating in one.
Unfortunately we were not impressed.
The chicken strips were extremely small, the fries were limp and toast was so soggy and undercooked that you couldn't even eat them. Food was quick to come out of the kitchen but at what cost, quality?. The walls could use some attention in the cleaning department. Little spaces needed cleaned too.
I feel that prices don't match what little food you are given, that being said we will be skipping DQ from now on. Less expensive to eat at a local restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting! The manager had a problem with our order and quite obviously in front of us complained with staff and over salted our food on purpose. Not the normal dairy queen runny gravy just disgusting all the way around

They often get my orders wrong. One of the workers didn't give my credit card back. Also there have been multiple time that they closed the drive thru early.

Smh kid rushed us through ordering then got mad because we told him no catch up and he was rushing so bad that he didn’t put it on the ticket. Then when he fixed it, he said you could’ve just asked. When I did then when I asked for spoons for my ice cream he said the same thing that I could have just asked šŸ˜‘

Pretty dissapointed. Ordered our food and pulled up to the window where a girl with red hair in braids was working. She opened the door and handed us our drink and one food item, she did not smile nor give any type of greeting or explanation that the rest of the food would come out shortly. She just turned around and gave us her back. We waited a good 5 minutes before receiving our burger and, once again, no smile or explanation on wait. We pulled out and went right into a deep pothole that is unavoidable in the drive thru. When I went to eat my chicken tenders, the ranch cup was barely half full and did not last for all the tenders. Just overall dissapointed.

Update: Decided to try to give this Dairy Queen another try seeing as it had been 2 years since being there. Ordered a large cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough. I paid for extra cookie dough and barely even got ANY! Definitely never going there again and will never recommend anyone else to. What a rip off.

Good food but not a good place to work, they do not care about their employees, especially those with accommodations. Very disappointing.

Our hometown Dairy Queen isn’t just a place to grab a Blizzard or a burger—it’s a true cornerstone of our community. The food is always fresh, the service is friendly, and the ice cream hits the spot every single time. But what really sets this DQ apart is the people behind it.

The owners are some of the most generous and community-focused folks around. Whether it’s sponsoring local events, supporting school fundraisers, or stepping up for families in need, they show up again and again—quietly, humbly, and consistently. You can feel their pride in both the business and the town it serves.

It’s more than just a fast-food stop—it’s a place where neighbors connect, kids celebrate after games, and families make memories. We’re lucky to have this kind of place in our community, and even luckier to have owners who care so deeply about the people they serve.

Here’s to many more dipped cones, summer nights, and small-town kindness—thank you for all you do!
