This used to be a great place. Went here 3 weeks ago for a family event and the service was atrocious. The waitress and manager couldn't keep orders straight. We ordered prime ribs. Ten minutes later they came back and said they ran out so some steaks were ordered instead. The meat quality seemed inferior and was somewhat bland and over cooked. People that ordered baked potatos recieved mashed. I don't think they got one order right. They never took dishes off the table. Also, our glasses were always empty. Dissapointed this place went downhill.

Had a reservation for 20, 3 weeks in advance. Manager staffed 1 waitress for our party AND the entire rest of the restaurant. 90 minutes later some people are still waiting on their food. Most things came out wrong and chef has no clue what medium rare prime rib is.
Been coming here for 20+ years and won't be back for quite a while.

Truly a 4.5 star. Took a while for the drinks to come ( Bloody mary and Blackberry old fashion) but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend either drink. Each had the Ribeye dinner. Came with soup or salad choice of potato as well as side of veggies and a bread basket. Was very good. One steak was a bit more overcooked, but didnt really hinder anything. I do have to say I wasnt a big fan of the garlic smashed potatoes, so I would opt for something else the next time. Staff was a bit slower, but it was very busy so totally expected a delay ( it wasnt very long). Fried mozzarella wedges were a hit ( dip in the ranch for sure (some of the best ranch ever)). Overall a very nice place to eat, I'd highly recommend trying out.

I've been here twice and both times I was impressed with both good food and service. Walleye pike and veggies with baked potato was excellent. And the Chicken wild rice salad with romaine lettuce and toasty croutons with a raspberry ranch vinaigrette was delicious!! I'm also staying in the hotel and I have nothing but good things to say about this place !

Stopped for lunch. Restaurant was empty. Waited 5 minutes to be seated. Once seated waited another 5 minutes to see a waitress. Received menus - ordered beverages. After 10 minutes still no drinks. Loud - hard rock music playing- difficult to talk. Left restaurant and went somewhere else.
Yuk! The taco salad was gross! The lettuce was odd tasting, the meat was cold and greasy, the shell was not edible. The pasta and the veggies for the shrimp scampi was overcooked and tasteless. The side salad was wimpy. The waitress had an attitude and huge nails, which were not hygienic! You are working food service! And then being told that the sous chef was not there and no rolls. Seriously, ask for a replacement, we did and had fries. After I questioned. This was a large group, be prepared! I did not want to pay the gratuity....no way....so disappointed!!!!!! One of the worse meals and service!

Waited a hour and half for 2 steaks, mac and cheese, and a burger finally got some of our food,my steak was leather, waay over cooked and cold, tandis was cold, and a flipping burger was cold, and still no mac and cheese, paid for our drinks and left... seriously lousy service....

Wow, I had the steak and onion calzone. It was very good. Not very busy and off the beaten path but well worth the trip. Service was very good and has a normal interior but the food is a five. Also have some good tap beer and must have been happy hour as they were only $4/pint. Will make this into a regular visit.
