Got the limited edition bacon mccrispy. This is similar to the sign on the drive thru before the order screen. Advertised with lettuce and tomato. Did not come as pictured

Worst service in the world actually left while ordering. Many other places in town willing to take our money. The girl working on the counter was nasty rude. Will never come back.

Rude employee at drive through window. Told me I should have given her my code from the app at the speaker. I said that she should have asked for it if that’s how they wanted it. She told me she was too busy doing all this other stuff and that she would really have to pay attention to do that. Then complained that it threw off the round up donation I had made to Ronald McDonald House. In the middle of our conversation she stopped to yell hey girl to another employee that walked by. No thank you. At the pick up window we waited a long time for two coffee drinks. No greeting, no explanation and no thank you. Just handed out the coffee and walked away. Terrible experience!

Drive thru ordered small fry, 2 pies, and 2 burgers with no salt, mayo, or onions. Came with 1 pie, and burgers had two microscopic pieces of lettuce stuck to the bun like sesame seeds, and loaded with raw onions. Called the manager and he was actually arguing with me that I didn't specify what kind of onions. What?

Service: Is rough in a lot of ways. I watched the employees touch raw uncooked meat with the same gloves they use to also touch vegatables with. It's disgusting. That is a huge red flag!!!!!!
Meal: It's a scam. A burger should not be 2.50$ it's way overpriced garbage you get less of it and paying more compared to back then when we used to have a DOLLAR MENU. You're lucky to get some sort of deal from the app. And it's very limited as to what you can get a deal from. A meal pushing 10$ USD for what is barely a big mac compared to back then is abysmal. Really you can pay slightly more at an actual restaurant and get quality food + fries and drink elsewhere.
Price: Again it's way to overpriced. Like the only decent casual deal you can get at best is buy 1 get one half off. Burger or Mc Chicken..
Drive thru: is extremely rough, morning, afternoon, and at night it's usually 4 or more cars deep on average and can easily wrap around towards the marketplace parking lot. Why even wait in line for that only to wait another 5 or so minutes for food?
Manager: I can't support this establishment so many issues. Employees are constantly playing mobile games while on the job. Seriously ever since this game Pokemon Go announced gyms (In-game) location with in game benefits. Employees are playing Pokemon Go while on the job. And no I am not making this up. They're playing a mobile game while working.
Breakfast: Is the last thing I'd want to order at mcdonalds. Literally.
Tables: Usually there is always a place to sit. But staff are literally sitting were people are eating to do their call back / job applications. Anytime I rarely show up there, I notice this scruffy looking older guy who is always on his phone sits there for multiple hours each day. Usually sits on middle left side of the building from the door, basically the fireplace side of the building.
Honestly if your going here by yourself expect to pay 10$ or more for a meal and sadly still be hungry. Or for a family expect to pay 50+ dollars for your family for garbage smaller quantity of what you would used to get for half the price.
A Cheeseburger should be at best a $1.50 at mc donalds. It's a full on scam.
The place could use an overhaul cleaning it doesn't smell bad or anything but it doesn't smell good. As in the walls hasn't been cleaned in years. The Dust on the back of their tv's is proof enough.
Unsanitary choices, YOU NEVER touch raw food and veg with the same pair gloves I watched it happen with my own eyes. And there is a Mice problem too, saw a dead mouse on the sidewalk adjacent from the mcdonalds.
Also the parking lot itself is croweded by the employees vehicles. Good luck finding a parking spot as a customer. The employees could quite literally park just outside the drive thru, but they can't be seen walking 50 feet to work from their car to work.

I live in hayward and have tried to dine in with my Grandchildren twice in the last week and have been told by employees that it will at least 5 minutes before they will even take my order. I realize in today's world you want me to order my own food on app or at kiosks but I have been going to McDonald's for close to 60 years and have never been told even though there was nobody in line that I would be ignored for 5 minutes or more. I walked out both times.
They blew up my installation 04 and refused to fix it.
Slow and lazy service. We take a number to have our food delivered to our table, but apparently they don't do that. If you you don't hear your number called from the other side of the restaurant, tough.
They gave me old food all of it was cooled the frys are rotten and all the employees are just mean all the time
