Placed our order for breakfast @ 10:12 AM. We pulled into the drive through line and sat until 10:32. Then when we pulled up to the speaker we were told that breakfast was over and would not be honored. Purposely made a line of people wait until breakfast was over so they didn't have to fill orders 🫠on a Sunday no less.

She strikes again! The closing manager always trying to do everything except work. I think her names sam or something but absolutely terrible service every single time. Clearly she could’ve taken my order before they closed and was standing there talking to me but couldn’t take an order. She made it seem like she was slammed but 2 people sitting down at the counter at the time and 1 car that ordered right before. That didn’t seem like it was busy enough to say she was closed and couldn’t take an order before the actually closing time. I worked in food service before and even if a customer came in 1 minute before, we took that order and never turned away business or a paying customer. She does this because she knows I’ve complained about her before and I will continue to until they actually do something about her terrible service because it definitely doesn’t make McDonald’s look good and I’m not the only one who has had these issues with this terrible ran store. It starts at the top like with this terrible manager. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT CORPORATE!!!!

I have been here a couple times, always through drive through and it never fails that something is always forgotten (usually in my child’s order). I don’t think I’ve ever been here where something isn’t missing from my order. If I’m paying for it, I want it. Tonight they forgot my child’s chocolate milk and we didn’t notice until we got home. She was very upset. We don’t get McDonald’s that often so it is a treat for her. I get we are all human and stuff gets forgotten but this is an everytime occurrence when we get McDonalds at this location. (This is not an exaggeration either, everytime) Please start checking you have everything for peoples orders.
And not to mention usually the staff are not friendly at all. There are some that are but most are not and say nothing to you while in drive through. Just hand you stuff and don’t say a word.
This place is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Ordered 2 cheeseburger combo just to get home with only 1 cheeseburger. The night manager has cursed at me in the past and the service at night is consistently terrible. The GM doesn’t do anything about the issue with the night staff no matter how many complaints ive put in. If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. Corporate needs to come in here and do a revamp and completely turn this location around!

Worst service in the world actually left while ordering. Many other places in town willing to take our money. The girl working on the counter was nasty rude. Will never come back.

Rude employee at drive through window. Told me I should have given her my code from the app at the speaker. I said that she should have asked for it if that’s how they wanted it. She told me she was too busy doing all this other stuff and that she would really have to pay attention to do that. Then complained that it threw off the round up donation I had made to Ronald McDonald House. In the middle of our conversation she stopped to yell hey girl to another employee that walked by. No thank you. At the pick up window we waited a long time for two coffee drinks. No greeting, no explanation and no thank you. Just handed out the coffee and walked away. Terrible experience!
