Awesome vibes and drinks. 10/10
Tight ship with a well organized staff.
great place with nice beers and views
Good place to hang out
Fun place. Really good food. Nice view. Can't beat it if you're in the area.
It's called Powels now. Among the best fries I've ever had. Good drinks and food.
The service was excellent. Outdoor dining was beautiful overlooking Round Lake I was mildly surprised to see Falafel on the menu and then when it came it was extremely disappointing eight fluffy balls absolutely no Greenery and their kids ikki Sauced was horrible I think they made it from sour cream instead of yogurt A Little Cucumber in it
Great place for nice sunsets on big round lake great evening entertainment great drinks and ok food
I'm not much of a complainer, and although the salt water theme isn't very northwoodsy, you can see logs and fish hanging on the wall anywhere else. The food is even decent. But this year while we were up there, a gust of wind lifted an umbrella up from one of the outside tables and the pointed end struck my mother in the back while she was holding my nephew who was less than 1 year old. Mom lost her breath briefly and had a bad bruise, but it healed up after a week or so. We didn't complain but went inside and informed staff what happened and no one came out to tighten down the other umbrellas. The owner was there, and never came out to check on mom either. My aunt and uncle live on the lake but haven't been back since the incident. I know it was a freak thing but could have been much worse. We weren't looking fur a free drink or anything, just curious if anyone at that place cares about their patrons.

Visiting Hayward for the week and enjoyed a delicious dinner on the water. We were boating on Round Lake and called in our order. Arrived for pick up and the food was hot and ready. We were able to tie up their dock and eat there. Enjoyed delicious chicken wings, walleye fingers and pizza. Friendly staff. Would definitely go back when we are in the area again.
dumbest fish fry EVER!! $17.00 and ONE PIECE. not all you can eat. Perkins is BETTER. Absolutely most overpriced place in Hayward. And I don't mind paying good money for food.
Great Pizza, Great View, Great Bloody! Lots of outdoor patio games!
6 friends went here to dinner on July 30, 2020. We sat outside and ordered inside. 4 fish fry ($17 each) 1 piece of walleye, 1 burger, 1 chicken wrap. Food was ok but our wait for food was over 1:15! Several couples came in after us ordered fish and were done eating and gone before we got any food. Several boat groups came in and were turned away as they were too busy! This is a Friday night at only 7:30! Close the kitchen! Unbelievable! This place should be a gold mine and open the tiki bar all weekend long, but no! Really mismanaged! We did speak to a guy cleaning tables and he said typical Friday night! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!
The food was good and the view of the lake was spectacular. We came on Thursday hoping to avoid crowds. It was packed and their was only one employee taking both food and drink orders. None of the employees are wearing masks. The tables outside are spaced 6' apart but we had a group of women pull up stools right behind our table. Probably won't be back until this pandemic is over.
