We didn’t stay here but stopped at the restaurant. Every employee was super friendly, service was fast and the homemade carrot cake was amazing! The cheese curds came with fries which was a pleasant surprise and both were yummy. I even bought a giant loaf of their cranberry wild rice bread and can’t wait to try it later! Definitely would stop again.
Excellent spot on the flowage. Excellent service and food. Even better, we messed up our prop on a rock bar. Denny and Jay came out, towed us back, REPLACED OUR PROP, and sent us on our way. Both taking time out of their day to help people out who were not staying at their resort. What class acts.
We had great week-long family vacation here at The Landing. We were in cabin 4 (Fish Cabin) and were very happy with it. The restaurant staff is great and you can’t find a resort in a better location on the Chippewa Flowage for fishing. They’re right in the middle and the docks are protected from the winds most of the time so you have easy access to both the east & west sides and docking is easy. Thanks for a fantastic week!
Excellent food and generous portions 👍
Great location by the bridge and has gas available at 7 am. We stopped to fill up and came back for breakfast which was solid, fresh and hot. Place was clean, staff friendly and music was perfect style and volume for early morning patio visit. Would recommend!
We go there for lunch when we are fishing the Chippewa Flowage. Their food is good and so is the service.
We came to The Landing for a drink on the 4th of July. It was very busy, we sat at the bar which was packed with people and had to wait a few minutes before getting served. All of the staff was nice, even though there were people everywhere. The drinks and the cheese curds were great!
Good food, good atmospher. However if your lookinv for bait other than worms, do yourself a solid and find another places for this. We took a boat from the campground. Picked up minnows on three different occasions. Changed buckets changed water. Nothinv helped. These minnows started dying as soon as we left the shack.
This is a review of the restaurant. Came here for a lunch in April, and I had the burger. Service was excellent; everyone was very warm and friendly. The ambiance is classic Northwoods decor, hunting and fishing and lots of wood. But the highlight was the burger: excellent flavor, fresh ingredients, on a fluffy brioche bun. The bacon was to die for. Absolutely the best bacon I have ever seen on a burger and arguably the best bacon I have ever had. Thick and meaty. Will definitely be coming back!
We came upon The Landing by chance when we're snowmobiling with our children. The service was great and the food was amazing!! The manager came right up to our table and helped with many questions we had about the trails in the area. He was so kind to our children as well. It was one of the best experiences we have had in this area.

We went there specifically for pizza, which we had at a pow wow this past summer. Best pizza around in our opinion. Kurstie was our waitress and gave fantastic service.

I love this place but I've noticed you have no handsoap in your bathrooms. I as that you please supply your bathrooms with soap. I see your employees using this customer bathroom ( No soap) I thought it was just a one time deal but it happened again today. Thank you
Great place for gas and a great lunch
