Food was average at best. Not close to worth the fine-dining price. Very loud even when not crowded. In our small group, the waitress messed up two potatoes and a soda. She was very nice but referred to us as "love" and "buddy". Would not recommend.

The relish tray for four people was pathetic. Not much on it, with a few cut carrots and celery, and pickled herring. I ordered the scallops and they were very small. I have never had such small ones. All four of us thought the restaurant was overrated and were glad we had not picked it for a special occasion. We all agreed we wouldn't be going there again.

The Ranch is a staple restaurant in Hayward. You get that classic supper club feel with the relish tray and over ambience. It is a busy place, but there is a reason! The bartenders are friendly and waitstaff too! One of my staples!

A classic supper club experience, excellent food and full range of cocktails. The staff were friendly and accommodating, we had a great time for Friday night fish fry. Get here early! We showed up just before 5 and had about a 45 minute wait, plenty of time to enjoy a well made old-fashioned. Would gladly come back again!
Parking: Plenty of parking if you arrive early, if coming during dinner rush, may need to park on drive or grass nearby.
Food and service was good. prices are a little rough. Wish they had live music and dancing.

We had a marvelous meal and dessert and enjoyed the entire evening. We did make reservations which were ready immediately upon our arrival. Service was polite and quick. We all enjoyed our meals and desserts. Fantastic experience. We'll be back!!
Terrible burger with a venison like taste on a ciabatta roll with lettuce, onions tomato I had to put on myself and to top it off a coke that was all ice.
