First time posting a 1 star review and this one unfortunately earned it. 5:30 reservation for 5, no appetizers, one old fashioned and 4 fountain drinks. Food served at 6:35 and we’re asked if we wanted a second round of drinks. 4 meals done well. Ribeye steak ordered medium and it was seared and served(blue to rare). I would have had the server cook it longer but he didn’t return until 20 minutes to pick up the 4 finished plates. Offering to reheat and cook a now really cold steak, when others are finished, is disappointing. Coming back in the first 5 minutes(or less than 20) of serving the meal really would have helped. It’s really not my job to walk around the supper club to find my server and fix my meal.

The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting. The food was delicious and waitress was fantastic. There was a loud group eating at the same time and it made the overall room loud, there didn't seem to be anything to damper loud tables. It was still great, just a little loud.

The Ranch in Hayward is a great little supper club in all the best ways. We went for a late dinner with some local friends and had an amazing time. The food was outstanding, everything that came out of the kitchen looked delicious, and I honestly wanted to try it all. The service was top-notch... friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
We all crowded around one of the big barrel tables, laughing and enjoying ourselves late into the evening. We were probably the last group in the place, but the staff never rushed us or made us feel unwelcome. They kept smiling and chatting like we were old friends. It’s the perfect mix of great food, great people, and that cozy, down-to-earth supper club charm that makes you want to come back again and again.

Made reservations for two. Had a great dinner my friend said it was the best salmon ever. The service was in experienced for the supper club atmosphere and experience. Both of us being in the service industry for several years from fine dining, fine dining/events to kitchen management to FOH. I wasn’t done with my meal. Staff attempted twice to grab it. Grateful the meal was outstanding !

We went here for our 26th anniversary after feedback from multiple locals. We made reservations, got in a few minutes early, got sat right away. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Thank you. We will be back!
The food and drinks are great! Blackened ribeye!!! But.... please make reservations or be ready to wait 1-1/2+ hours...😑 Update! Reservations at 5pm get you in RIGHT NOW! Great service and very good prime rib!!! AGAIN (2025) the prime rib is amazing, the FULL rack of ribs really did fall off the bones. And wash it all down with a Brandy sweet old fashioned (or Long Island Ice Tea). Just GO INSIDE, you'll see! (Paige rocks!!!)

Quintessential Wisconsin Supper Club. We love the vibe of the whole place, but we're especially fond of ambience of the bar area and bantering with the staff. It's a great place to try new cocktails, have a great bottle of wine, and/or indulge in the yummiest ice cream drinks. We're working our way through the menu, and have yet to leave anything but completely satisfied.
