I usually dont leave reviews but this time I have too, for the experience we had was very bad!!! We took my wife out for her 70th Birthday, hopping to make this day special for her! We had reservations for this night so we would know that we would have a place to celebrate her special day. It also was Veterans day and not a lot of restaurants were not open on this day! Thank You to all Veterans for your service! So we all ordered our meals, my wife and grandson ordered Ribeye, as the other steaks they were out of. The Ribeyes had so much fat on them you could have probably played basketball with them ,they would have bounced off the floor, we had told the waitress and she apologized and asked if we wanted to talk to the owner- manager, I said yes and he came out and asked if we had a problem with something,I said yes the Ribeyes had so much fat on them and for the price of $40.00 dollars a piece they wernt worth it,he said that is the way Ribeye are, sorry but we have never had Ribeye that had this much fat on them,he said well, that's the way it is and walked away, he also said that they cut the steaks them selves! So gives a new meaning to butcher!! on top of that they were out of pretty much of everything we wanted, even french fries, so would recommend driving to somewhere else for a better meal for the price, the walleye was nothing to brag about either! Would have been better off going to McDonald's! Again sorry but not a very good place! We will not ever be back!!! When the waitress came by and asked us how everything was,we didn't hardly get a chance to even start eating, that was about the last we seen of her, she didn't even come back to see if any one wanted refills on our drinks! I had to wave her down to tell her about how bad the steaks were, if she would have come by and asked after we started to eat ,I wouldn't have had to flag her down!!!!

Dessert was over the top amazing! Service was fabulous! Food was good but expected more of a fine dining quisine. Atmosphere was nice but was more casual dining than fine dining.

We have lived nearby for 45 years and have avoided eating at Trailways due to indifferent food and service. The new ownership seems to have reversed that situation. The menu is more interesting, the food is good, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable.

We went for the first time last night for the fish fry. Everything was amazing! The fish was lightly breaded and had great taste, it, along with the steak cut fries were cooked to perfection. A tasty old fashioned. Fantastic service from Bonnie. My niece inhaled her burger, and we even shared a delectable dessert. Wonderful experience!

Food, mediocre. Service, same as everwhere. IConcept, if they get your money once, they win. As a local I would avoid this tourist trap

We called for a last minute dinner reservation for Valentines and they were able to accommodate us right away. We had the walleye cheeks with cajun tartar and bacon wrapped scallops. Both were delicious but the cajun tartar was definately the perfect touch. My husband had the chicken parm and I had the steak and lobster. Everything was amazing! Salads were fresh and crisp. Ended the night with the tiramisu bomb and an old fashion sweet. Great job to the staff and our server Hailey! Keep up the great work!

Went out for my birthday. Evidently you can't get a steak on a Friday night. Offering a very limited menu or Friday Fish Fry. We decided that we drove 20+ miles to get there so we stayed for the fish fry. The fried fish was so thin and overcook. We had to ask someone other than our waitress for a second helping (because our waitress didn't come back to our table) and we were still hungry. It came and was cold. Will not be back.

They were shorthanded so we waited a little longer but it was good food. Never got our cheese and cracker basket and didn't realize that until we were already eating our dinner.

The steak was good and the waitress was nice, the salmon and fish fry were extremely overcooked and the cook argued that they weren’t. We didn’t even eat the salmon and they didn’t refund it. There’s no drink price menu for a reason - a Windsor old fashioned was $14, for a very sub par drink. Don’t even think about ordering an old fashioned sour, they don’t know how to make it and I’m pretty sure they’re from IL or something, because it tasted like it came from there. Don’t go here.
