I went to Tembers Wheel Inn with some friends for lunch today. My first time there and I am anxious to go back with my husband. Not only was the food great but the conversation about the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable. If you haven’t stopped yet swing on in. I am not a local but I felt right at home there.

Tember is one of the nicest persons I’ve met here in the Northwoods. She’s doing a fabulous job, bringing the Wheel Inn back to life! If you ever get a chance to have the ribs, it’s worth the drive !!

I stopped in on my way home and got Tembers & Tiggz ribs … I’m going to say is to die for! Excellent job! No sauce needed he has them perfectly seasoned in my opinion! Worth the trip to go hang out with this crew. I would show photos, but I couldn’t make it home without stealing a few bites.

So glad the Wheel Inn continues on with wonderful new owners. Smoked in house wings were amazing like on another level! The Wheel Burger with fries and a side pickle was really good. They are going to be expanding their menu in the future with some specials on the weekends. Has a warm cabin atmosphere. Love it.

Fabulous patty melt! Perfectly done, tender burger smothered with grilled onions. Onion rings and fries were wonderful, and Tember is welcoming and gives great service. We will be back!!

Diane is working by herself so don’t expect snappy service. She is absolutely delightful and a pleasure to talk to about anything. You can order whatever you want as long as it’s a burger and fries. And let me say that the half pound burger on a sourdough bun is among the BEST I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the quaint and cozy atmosphere as well. She only takes cash so be prepared and tip her well.
