Went there the other day to finally try them out. Food was so delicious and the staff were so nice and accommodating. The food portions were great for the pricing and it came out quick. Def want to return to try theother menu items.

Great food, wide variety of options and friendly, accommodating staff! This location has gone through a lot of changes and several owners. If you haven't been there for a while, I highly encourage you to stop in and check it out. Not only is the food delicious, but they have a great selection. I love that they have several different side options compared to other Mexican restaurants. The staff is always friendly and very patient with my kiddos. I hope La Familia stays in our little town for many, many years to come. Support our local business owners! It is worth the drive.Parking: There is more then enough parking right in front on the restaurant along with plenty of street parking.Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly!

AMAZING food, strong drinks, and fast service!!! The staff is always super friendly and responsive. I was a little hesitant to come back after Mr. Taco closed but I am SO thrilled to find that it was replaced with the best Mexican restaurant in the valley! Truly cannot recommend enough!

Look at how she bashes her one star reviews that are pretty accurate as to the service, food, and cleanliness of this establishment.Every one star review they get, the owner bashes the person instead apologizing on their faults! EXTREMELY unprofessional! Then the owner pretends to be unaware of their own unfortunate behavior.

I use to come here often with my coworkers but have switched jobs and don't come here as much. Let me 1st say it wasnt busy when we got there. 1st.... we ordered drinks. It took over 10 minutes to get them. They were super strong. I got the emapanadas. I didn't even eat 1. They came to the table looking orange like a dorito. They tasted nasty like they were cooked in old oil. I told the waitress this and all she did was laugh. There were gnats all over the place. When my husband went to pay... with cash.... they had to dig in their purse to get change because there is no cash register. We are definitely done coming here. We will drive the extra distance to Brillion or Appleton. To comment on the comment you responded with. The oil tasted like fish. I have had emapanadas before. Yes. I ate 1 of the 3. No. I didn't make fun of a server who didn't speak English. She laughed when I told her about our issue. Also... stating I was just there last week? No. Maybe a month ago. And we have never had and issue. I was upset the waitress laughed when I told her the issue.
