Haven’t been here for a few years so was glad to be passing through. They were out of a lot of the pies, my fiancee said her potatoes were kind of bland, and the breakfast pizza was ok. No doubt it’s good food but gonna stick with an omelette next time. This place is pretty much famous for the pie. People were calling while we were eating asking what pies they had. Great service and nice truck parking. Tad pricier than last time we were here, but what isn’t?

Salt and pepper is cheap. Season the damn food.
About half way between Chicago and Minneapolis, there is this gem of a truck stop where you would be wise to fill your gas tank and your belly. There's a lot to choose from on the menu, and whatever you order, there's a lot on your plate. You can take the leftovers with you and enjoy them later. It's a tremendous value, the staff is friendly as friendly can be, and they know what they're doing in the kitchen. I highly recommend.
Great family restaurant inside the Hixton Travel Plaza which is run by Kwik Trip. I had the buffalo crispy chicken salad and it was by far the best I’ve get had. Fresh juicy chicken, large pieces of bacon, blue cheese crumbles. Portions are HUGE

Had the taco salad. Really good. The pie was awesome. If you spy a piece when you walk in have the waitress set it aside because it will be gone fast.

This is one of the best places we've eaten and we've been coming for years. So glad when Kwik trip took over they didn't change the restaurant!!!! Keep up the excellent work and food!!!!
