Timber Valley Restaurant

First thing food is absolutely amazing. Had steak and eggs and pecan cream cheese pie. (Got 4 more slices to go)
Service was perfect. Whoever put negative reviews they just bitter people. This place is the best out on the interstate. 1000 times better then any other truck stops restaurants. Prices are very reasonable.

My husband and I took our 5 kids here on our way to the Wisconsin Dells. The staff was so kind. The food was great. A man came over and gifted us a cheesecake because he enjoyed our family interacting from afar. Everyone was SO kind and welcoming and wonderful. We will definitely go back on our way back home from the trip.

Sweet old fashioned cafe with good food. Fresh mushrooms were a plus for me! Great service and very reasonably priced. Would eat here again.

If you’re a trucker and you’re not white, and you belong to another community, please do not stop at this truck stop; go somewhere else. The staff at this restaurant behave as if no one actually exists there. Even when I went there , first of all they don’t care to ask you what you need and then i tried to spoke to a lady, a white girl, and asked her to book a table for me so I could order food, she just said ‘okay.’ After that, everyone treated me as if I didn’t exist, like I was some kind of outsider. I even stood there waiting, but no one made an effort to look at me or ask if I needed anything. Eventually, I felt so ashamed that I just left. It was very racist.

I just ate at this place and I got the ribs special only to find out that the ribs are boiled and the sauce was horrible. Supposedly it was a Tuesday special which only means that they serve ribs on Tuesday not at a discounted price so I have a slap of ribsthat were terrible rice and a salad it cost you $23 not worth it then the waitress had the audacity to have an attitude when being questioned about the special

Very nice clean country restaurant. They have an extensive menue, the service was excellent and the food is to die for. The portions were huge, but the hearts of the staff and regulars was even bigger.

I had an issue with the taste of a side item, but the server quickly addressed it. The prices are on par. Fast service. The pie piece is big enough to share. Would eat here again.

30 Sept 2025: Ribs, shrimp & Pie (after a bike ride). Great food, lovely waitresses. A man would be fool not to eat at his joint. The pues are not made in house but at a nearby cafe.

This is the BEST BLT I’ve ever had in my life!!!! I will defn come back if I’m ever in town again. The atmosphere is cozy and it’s a local kinda place where everyone seems to know each other. Don’t let the fact that it’s connected to a gas station fool you, the food is amazing!

One of the best breakfasts in a long while. Affordable and the staff was great. Fast accurate service. Self seating was nice and there are plenty of booths to sit at.

We had 5 people and 5 of us really enjoyed the meal. Going to stop again next trip!!

Plenty of parking on sides and right off the highway.
