Every time we've ordered delivery we have had multiple item missing from the order. Drinks, deserts, sauces etc. Don't put proper lids on sundaes so those spilled everywhere. Reoccurring issues. That being said when we called, the manager said he would make it right. We stopped in he got us the missing food and remade the desserts that got spilled. Props to the manager, changed my whole opinion of this location.

I came her on a Friday with my little brother and Grandma. We sat there for about 10 Minutes and no one took our order. But once they took our order we realized the wait was worth it. The burger I got was good but it was massive. Otherwise a well ran location.

Hours is wrong on Google!
I try to keep restaurant reviews nice because I worked in food service before and I know how bad it can be, but the people there didn’t seem like they were trying to be nice at all. I went through the drive though and they wouldn’t look at me at all at the window. Furthermore I have a heart condition and I need to cut back on red meats so I asked them to use impossible patties for my order but they still gave me beef despite charging me extra for the patties. The taste of the ingredients is good, but the staff needs to be more careful with their orders.
Understaffed and online drive through order was not correct.

Great experience. The manager Krissy W. was very good. She had great customer service and attitude. The food was excellent.
Takes forever ( 30 minutes for a 2 burgers) half the time the doors are locked, 4 out of 5 times the order is wrong. Never going back!
Do not offer lunch items on your app if you’re going to complain when people order them. Also to tell my husband that you’re out of onion rings because you’re pissed off about my sandwich is petty. Find a new job if you don’t like what people order.
Opens at 9 and was told at 9:40 there was going to be a 15-20 minute wait for grill to warm up. Wish this was the only issue here but history tells another story. That being said, it has improved in the last few years.
