I had a very unpleasant experience at this coffee shop. I simply went in to ask for a napkin, and the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me there weren’t any napkins, even though they were literally sitting right next to her. The attitude came across as snotty and unprofessional.
Something as small as asking for a napkin shouldn’t be met with that kind of response—it left a bad impression, and I won’t be returning.

Coffee drinks and sandwiches are made to order -- nothing sits under a heat lamp to get stale. Jolly decor and friendly staff make this an ideal spot to visit when your spirits need a lift. And, it's locally-owned and less expensive than the big chain shops.

Super fun, friendly, cute coffee shop with a cute little trinket/shop area! The owner and staff were so welcoming and friendly! I don't typically order specialty coffees, so never really know what to ask for. So I just asked them to surprise me with something cold with white chocolate & raspberry flavoring - needless to say, whatever the concoction was, it was DELICIOUS. It's definitely worth a visit if you've never been here!

We ordered $30 dollars worth of product and was told we couldn't sit and enjoy our drinks because we had purchased something else to eat with it from somewhere else. Mind you it is-2 degrees outside and my son is a cardiac patient. I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

This place is super cute. It has so many gift ideas it's a great place to check out. I did get some Americano and it was not anything special and missing the cream I think. I actually thought it was a bit over priced for just the coffee I received. It is a cute place tho.

The food and the service are just top-notch. I am here this morning and I’m having breakfast and coffee and writing out cards to send out to friends and family. I love the atmosphere because right now there’s Christmas music that is being played and it’s the time of the season. I always feel welcome here and I love hanging out and getting some things done outside of the house. It’s a great place to meet friends and have a few laughs.

I’ve been going here religiously for over a month now and I can’t get enough of it. The best customer experience by far for a coffee shot and I will continue to go here as long as I can. My go to breakfast sandwich is the sausage breakfast sandwich on a bagel. All of the food is made fresh and my order only takes about 3 minutes. There lotus energy drinks are must haves and keep me energized throughout the day. Stop inside and they have a little store inside to shop while you wait. Thank you cozy coffee!
