Been here 2-3 times and every time my fries have been undercooked and cold, and ive taken one bite outta my food and tossed the rest. If you want Mcdonalds drive a few more minutes to the one just south and your food will at least be edible!

Why start serving lunch at exactly 10:30 and we came and asked for the Grinch Meal or Grinch Happy Meal or whatever they call it and we came just 10 minutes before and they wouldn't serve it so what is wrong with asking for and serving lunch just 10 minutes early so this McDonald's definitely has problems

Honestly worst McDonalds i been too which sucks cause its so close. The teenagers are rude and have a i dont care attitude. They always seem like they think they are better then other people. Point is service sucks. Food has absolutely sucked each time i go, even been given fries that were still cold. This job isnt hard at all i done it when i was a kid. How can it be this bad when you follow picture instructions to make the food.

Welp... it's McD's.. however, it is a new location so it's clean. The staff is mostly teens and they are trained very well. Friendly. I've picked up a few orders at this location and the order has been correct each time. It has 2 pick up windows so things move pretty smooth and quickly. Plenty of curbside pick up spots along with plenty of parking. Nice location and easy to access. Recommended if you're looking for decent fast food.

Ordered through the app to get breakfast at around 10:20 and received my order, got there at 10:35 and said they didn't have any more breakfast ? This is a joke don't let the app allow the order to be placed then . Now I have to wait for a refund.

Got my order wrong the first time, then when I went to get it corrected, the cashier gal could hardly speak english! Then they proceeded to get my order wrong again! Not to mention the whole restaurant can hear your conversation when you try to talk to someone.

This one employee named Yee Zong was very nice and kind towards others in the store, my fries were the perfect temperature and my chicken nuggets were magnificent. Yee Zong is very polite to customers. I think Yee Zong is a very perfect employee for this company. Deserves employee of the month. 10/10
