We stopped here twice on our ice fish trip to Onalaska. The service, food and cleanliness of the restaurant was top notch. Probably one of the best fast food restaurants I have been in for a long time.

One of the better Mcdonalds in my experience. They actually make good shakes that aren’t too sweet and can be fast when using mobile app. Only downside is that they mess up orders sometimes and forget an item.

Go to the one in Holmen i have been waiting for my food for 15 minutes the ot mc donalds is gross fries are always cold food is cold and it trashed came in at 8 am tables all dirty in the play place meaning they weren’t wiped down the night before EVERY TABLE TURNING IT IN

I ordered a deluxe McCrispy chicken meal adding pickles with a strawberry shake, and ranch snack wrap (only because I wanted to try it). The snack wrap was edible but chicken is nothing like their pictures. (I fed half to my dog, and I wouldnt go out of my way for it) The McCrispy (no pickles) was so dried out it was like shoe leather. I threw it away! I wouldnt even feed my dog this crap. $16 dollars for a strawberry shake and french fries. They might as well close McDonalds in Holmen if this is the quality of food!

Stale and cold food even at dinner time. No wonder the place was empty and no drive thru business. Over priced crap. Culvers is same price, much higher quality. Never will go to McDonald's again.

What has happened to Mc Donald’s Food Quality? A rubber chicken patty with 2 pickles? No sauce no mayonnaise- nothing! Puke. I threw it all in the trash. Fries even sucked if you can believe the only really good thing at McDonald’s is now garbage also. No wonder I only NEVER eat there. Staff was super nice at least at the new Holmen store. What a complete waste of o e hour of work take home pay! Overpriced and garbage food at a brand new McDonalds. Why does the picture on the order board show a sandwich with lettuce and tomato when there isn’t even mayo just two pickles ? Give it a week and the shake machine will be broken also.
