Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Personable employees. I really appreciate having a Papa Murphy's so close to my work. It makes it an easy choice when I want to bring something home that's easy to cook. They could use some music in there. Even a radio would really liven the place up.

I did get a reply to my review, but it was pretty clearly written by a bot. If my feedback is going to be acknowledged, I'd really prefer it come from a real person, like a manager, who actually works with the staff and sees what's going on in the store, not just a generic algorithm.

I swore i saw the slightly heavier woman spit on my pizza but I'm not sure and it took forever while some kid sat on thier phone

Jim! Jim is a pizza wizard, the architect of a pizza construct of the Greeks lost long ago to humanity. Creating a perfect pizza that humanity is possibly not quite ready for, nay one we don't deserve. Best pizza I've ever eaten here or anywhere in all my 33 years of pizza life. Give this man a bonus, no give this ma a raise, no not good enough give this man the store! Give this man the company!

My pizza was ready when promised and it tasted great.

We have never been disappointed with the pizzas we have gotten from there. What one gets for the dollar is great!!! We keep coming back. especially for the Tuesday deal!!!

Like your Tuesday special. Would have liked a little more cheese, other than that the pizza was very good.

Great customer service from start to finish.

This location needs severe help, insane wait times, even with a call ahead. Staff can't do simple math or operate a POS system correctly. Store smells like body odor and generally has poor cleanliness. Should we really need to drive to a different location for a slightly better experience? Onalaska isn't much better.

Someone needs to explain why every time Jim takes an order, the purchase price is much higher than online after tax. Tonight, a stuffed crust cheese pizza was said to be 17.36 when online it is 13.99 plus .77 tax, and we still only got a 1.28 back when we paid with a 20. Seems sketchy to me. Plus, I'm pretty sure this pizza is not papa Murphys standard. This store is off the rails, and someone needs to police the terrible customer service and what appears to be theft.

Ordered several pizzas and a salad online about 5 pm to pick up at 6:30 pm. When I arrived at 6:30, there were several other people waiting and not only was my order not even started, but after they started making my order, they took some lady's order at the register and stopped making mine and then made her pizza right in front of me as I continued to wait. One of the other customers, frustrated, said she always has to wait a long time. I did not receive my order until 6:50. I was polite and I didn't say anything as the two young men working just seemed overwhelmed, they kept having to run in back for more ingredients. They should maybe schedule more people on a Friday night? The pizzas were very good, but I will go back to the Onalaska location next time.

The place was very busy and two people working. the people seemed new and a bit overwhelmed, but they held it together and got the job done! Good Job love to see people working and persevering.

Please get this location some help!! This is the second time I have placed an order online to get there in the timeframe specified to be told it is going to be another 30 minutes. We already have limited food options in this area, sad this one is also losing business.

There was only one very young looking, young man in there making and taking orders. He was very cordial and quick with my order. Nobody else was there to help.

Horrible service. They are unable to fulfill orders due to lack of ingredients and won’t refund customers for the affected items. We won’t be returning.

DO NOT order from this location!! The quality of their product and their customer service has significantly deteriorated. My experience last week will definitely be my last at this particular Papa Murphy’s. At 3:30pm I placed an online order for 1 pizza to be picked up at 5:30pm. Upon pickup, manager Mateo, said they wouldn’t get to my order for at least another hour. Because they had not started it yet, he offered to cancel the order and refund my credit card. So I left without the pizza and watched the credit card….no refund. A full week went by and it took me calling before he FINALLY refunded the pizza I never got. The refund was pending less than 3 hours after our conversation, so he did not process it until I called! How many others didn’t get their pizza and/or a refund that evening???
