We waited 2 and a half hours for our chicken. After being told a little over an hour. Once it arrived the total was different than from what we were told. Had to call 4 times to see where it was. Product is excellent but customer service not so much.

Great pizza, their bacon ranch pizza is phenomenal. I called in (as a joke) to ask when made their pizza so great, and they gladly provided me a list of ingredients over the phone!
I called tonight to order for pickup and this girl who answered had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Mind you this was 7 pm and they close at 9 and it wasn’t even busy when I showed up. It seemed like she was trying to rush me off the phone and to make things worse, when I showed up to pick up my pizza up, the lady at the counter told me that my pizza wasn’t even in the system.
