I ordered the first chicken bacon ranch pizza I’ve had in like 6 years. I like wings with ranch and buffalo so I thought I would try pizza tonight, I made my own wings last night. The dude that made this pizza should be employee of the month! He killed it! Great taste and aesthetics were awesome. Great pizza and decent price. Would recommend.

Been ordering from this place for years. Ordered delivery and they left my order outside my door and didn't even ring the doorbell. Pizza was also made incorrectly. They offered to remake my order but only ended up remaking my pizza. They made a mistake at every opportunity so I wouldn't recommend.
Deliveries are constantly late from this location. The estimated delivery times are usually around 30-40 minutes, but you can expect to wait about 1.5 hours from the time of ordering. The food is good if it’s delivered warm, but there have been a couple times I had to reheat the delivered pizza because it was mildly warm. Not impressed overall and choose to order from other pizza places going forward.

We went there because my son won a free pizza at event. We got there and decided to eat there. All the tables they had were dirty. There wasn't anyone else there. They weren't that busy but every table dirty. I've worked at a pizza hut before and this was always unacceptable after noone was there

I ordered online and selected a Fiesta Beef Taco pizza. There was a pop-up notification that the “taco tomato” and “taco cheese” were out of stock, but grape tomatoes were available and so was regular cheese so I chose to make some modifications to the pizza for the tomatoes and cheese (upcharges applied). I received a call 9 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready that none of the taco ingredients were available at this particular restaurant (like ever—it’s not an option to order period) and to call back with a replacement option. I called back and explained I got a voicemail noting the unavailable taco pizza and the person on the line said “okay.” (awkward pause) I then said I would take a Buffalo chicken pizza in replacement and he again said “okay.” After a prolonged pause, he said “so is that all?” And I said yes and he listed the other items in my order and said “okay we’ll switch it out.” And that was it. There was no apology for the error on the web menu, no clarification if I was going to be credited for the customizations I made to the original taco pizza that resulted in upcharge, no offer of discounted price on the substitute, and no update on the time it would be ready. Picked up our order to find this limpy Buffalo chicken pizza that was pathetic and flavorless. Won’t be returning to Holmen WI Pizza Hut any time soon.
