I have never in my 35 years, been to a Subway where they do not ask you what you want for toppings, from bread to veggies to sauces, but specifically in this case, the cheese.

My MIL wanted to grab us some lunch through the drive thru and I decided to get the Chicken Teriyaki. It was weird because they had asked me what I wanted for everything else, except for the cheese, so at the end of my order I asked, “Hey, can you please put pepper-jack on that?” Thinking they just forgot. Nope. Not the case. Apparently this sandwich automatically came with American cheese (since when??) and they refused to remake it. I wasn’t going to push it, but it definitely threw off the sandwich for me as I hate American cheddar unless it’s on a grilled cheese dipped in tomato soup.

Like I said, I have never not been asked what kind of cheese I would like on my sandwich until now and the customer service could have been better. I guess from now on I’ll have to make sure to ask for the cheese right away.

Went on a Sunday Afternoon with my mom. It was super quick and the worker was very outgoing and friendly. And during our meal he even checked to make sure we enjoyed it.

Staff at counter acted like the job was an inconvenience.

This store and other local ones (likely same franchise or owner) also haven't been accepting the coupon codes via the app. Will accept the physical paper one, however.

It's subway. The staff were really nice. They switched up the menu a little so I had to search a little for what I usually get. The garlic aioli was pretty good though

This subway like all the other locally owned ones stopped accepting coupons and online orders with advertised coupon codes. Your subs aren't worth full price, bring back coupon codes!!

So good to have once in a while. They also give you a good amount of toppings and if you ask for more they give you lots!! New Roll up things that they have could be a little more soft/fresh though. Always clean inside.

When we went in here it was unbearably hot (at least 80 degrees) and the service was pretty slow. There were quite a few people in there. It untimely took about 15-20 minutes to get our food. The food was on par with every other subway I've visited.

Yesterday my mom popped in for dinner. I don't know the last time I had Subway... the menu? Lots of new to me options. I opted for the Chicken Bacon Ranch. My mom; the Spicy Italian and a foot long cookie. There were two employees, both working on our order as to get us taken care of faster. I was impressed that when my mom ordered the cookie, he popped it n the toaster so it would be warm! Also new to Me; he told us which sub had which sticker on it! No more, half unwrapping a sub to find out if it's yours! The service was fast and friendly. The subs hit the spot. They also offered drive thru. Thanks Subway!

Waited over 15 minutes at the drive through before they took my order. They continuously said "we are sorry, we will be with you shortly" after 5 minutes I asked why I wasn't being helped. The lady rudely remarked "if you want to be helped you can come inside". I have 3 kiddos under 6 and if I have them all in the van, I'm not going inside. I told the lady this and she rudely answered with "well you will just have to wait til we are done with everyone inside" I do not believe this is how costumer service should be. I felt completely like a burden. And there were 4 or 5 workers working. I should not have been waiting that long when I was the ONLY ONE in drive thru
