Freshness -10, service -20, atmosphere -10. Walked in every table for crumbs on it. The time we went was not busy. Only one person ahead of us. I personally didn’t want to order anything because I don’t like subway sandwiches. I rather go to cozy coffee or Mike’s sandwiches but husband insisted for a quick bite at subways. He had coupons for him and my son to use. They were going to pay separately because of their stupid rules about combining coupons. Honestly they could have made separate transactions to accommodate customers. It’s not a big deal. If I was a worker there I would want the customers to be satisfied with the service and offer them a great deal while enjoy the sandwiches. This subway is awfully stingy. The girl behind the counter continue to make a scene and argued with my husband about the coupon saying they can’t pay separately in order to use both coupons. She argued saying since she already saw them together she would not be able to serve them using the coupons. My husband didn’t want to waste his breath or time arguing with the girl and we left. The service here is a disgrace. It’s going down hill with the management there. I have witness their employees arguing with each other and treating each other like crap in front of the customers. I have seen them complaining about corporate. Subway sandwich isn’t all that special to be acting like this. Very unprofessional. They care too much about every cent they make instead of building loyal relationships with the locals and taking care of their employees. If they would treat their employees well they wouldn’t have such a high turn over rate. If they treat their customers better they would make more profit with loyal customers. They just lost 3 more customers.

Man behind the counter was being rude to the obviously training employee, I asked the man behind the counter to remove some tomatoes that didn’t look very edible, and he told me that it shouldn’t be a big deal because he would eat them over all horrible experience hopefully they will fix their ways.

Food was good. Service was ok. Seemed like they took awhile because they were struggling to get used to the new sandwiches on menu and were getting confused of which sandwich was ordered. Hopefully they are doing better now.

Sandwiches were ok, except bread never seems fresh you can always crumble it off! Prices are high just for a sub!!! Staff was friendly.

They stopped selling oven roasted chicken breast. It's the only thing at Subway I liked. I won't be eating at any Subway anymore.
