Yeah I dont know man. I wanna give the place the benefit of the doubt, but 3 times we've been here with less than desirable experiences.
Just picked up a sandwich as I walked in.I was asked if i'm picking up an order. In the middle of saying, yes, my wife placed an order, an older dude had said, well, you already walked past them.They're right there. Three employee is all chit, chatting.One sitting down at a table. At least the lady working told me to have a nice day.
The previous time we came in.I needed to just pick up a sandwich. I was asked to wait just a few minutes. I ended up waiting thirty minutes while they fixed up an order for somebody who didn't even arrive by the time.I was ready to place my order. One guy picking up one sandwich versus like twenty sandwiches being made.
First time we went, the employee just weren't friendly at all.
I think my wife and I will be heading to the one on the other side of town

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Sub was sloppy and barely put any ingredients on it. Thank you for the 2 pieces of spinach.

Drive thru is never open/working. A while ago when it was actually working one day, it was kind of busy around noon, the guy at the window doesn’t start with a “hi”, but instead “sorry for the wait, everyone in the world decided to come to our restaurant today” like… ok?😂

Freshness -10, service -20, atmosphere -10. Walked in and every table had crumbs on it. The time we went was not busy. Only one person ahead of us. Not a subway fan but family wanted a quick and easy bite. Personally, I would rather have gone to cozy coffee or Mike’s sandwiches. We had coupon with our order. We had planned to pay separately so we could each use our coupons since the manager had a harsh rule about combining them with each paid order. Regardless if there were multiple meals within that order. The lady saw all of come into together. She accepted one of the coupon and rejected the rest. She told us since we all are together, we cannot each use a coupon with our meals. Her tone of voice was not professional. We suggested to pay separately and refused to honor that idea. We didn’t want to waste anymore time arguing with this lady and left. If management continues to treat local loyal customers like this, they will go out of business down the road.

In the past, I have witness their employees arguing with each other and treating each other disrespectful in front of the customers. In one occasion, a staff was complaining about corporate not staffing appropriately.

Overall, unprofessional customer service. Instead of accommodating customers and earning their loyalty, they care too much about pinching penny. Management need to train their staff to treat each other with professionalism and respect. Any sort of disagreement should be done behind the scene and not in front of customer. Management need to take better care of their workers and staff appropriately to prevent disgruntled workers. It’s awkward to listen to their complaints when we just want our sandwich and go about our business. I recommend this place to do better if they want to earn the trust and loyalty of the locals. Unfortunately, they lost us as customers.

Never answer the phone when you call, even if you repeatedly try. I received someone else’s order in my bag instead of my own online order. Didn’t have time to go back to the restaurant so I had someone else’s dinner and no refund. This Subway could clearly use better employees. Nobody here seems to care about doing their job. Fantastic service at the Midway Subway, however.

Constantly turning off advertised coupons so you can't use them. Owners need to stop being cheap. Overpriced subs without coupons

Honestly they could have made separate transactions to accommodate customers. It’s not a big deal. If I was a worker there I would want the customers to be satisfied with the service and offer them a great deal while enjoy the sandwiches. This subway is awfully stingy. The girl behind the counter continue to make a scene and argued with my husband about the coupon saying they can’t pay separately in order to use both coupons. She argued saying since she already saw them together she would not be able to serve them using the coupons. My husband didn’t want to waste his breath or time arguing with the girl and we left. The service here is a disgrace. It’s going down hill with the management there. I have witness their employees arguing with each other and treating each other like crap in front of the customers. I have seen them complaining about corporate. Subway sandwich isn’t all that special to be acting like this. Very unprofessional. They care too much about every cent they make instead of building loyal relationships with the locals and taking care of their employees. If they would treat their employees well they wouldn’t have such a high turn over rate. If they treat their customers better they would make more profit with loyal customers. They just lost 3 more customers.
