I used to LOVE going here..I’d literally pass another tbell to go to this one in another city. NOT ANYMORE! Idk what’s going on there but it’s a joke..how disappointing..

This used to be a fantastic Taco Bell, but recently they seem to have made policy changes that have just cost them a regular customer. Twice in the last week when letting them know I was there to pick up an app order, they've had me pull off to the side and wait while other orders are taken and processed. Today, the wait was over 20 minutes while more than half a dozen orders were processed and customers drove off with their food. Over lunch hour. If this is how you treat those who order ahead... well, thanks for wasting my time, and good luck alienating some of your most loyal customers.

If you go during non-peak busy hours the food and service is bussin. Otherwise don’t complain about it taking a long time if you get there right at dinner time when everyone is going.

Be VERY careful when ordering through your app or thinking you are paying what the website says for pricing. The prices DO NOT MATCH. My drink was double what online listed if for and the tacos were also higher in price. The manager wouldn't do anything about the price difference either. Even if you order through the app, the prices go up when you add them to the cart. This company is literally ripping people off and doing nothing about it. I was at the Holmen, WI location.

I only go here to pick up door dash orders, but staff is always super friendly and efficient. They don't hate you for being a door dash driver like the La Crosse location seems to.

I've been here multiple times only because it's close by and on the way home. Most of the time food is okay and service is meh. A couple of times food has been crap but service has been even worse. On two separate occasions now I've ordered through the drive-through and driven up to the window. The first time the girl didn't even greet me or bother to say Ty after I paid. She just basically took my payment and gave me the food. The last time another guy said absolutely nothing also. No hello or thank you at all. Its like their unhappy to have a job and their even more unhappy that you're there helping keep them employed. He even gave me an annoyed look when I asked for the tap to pay terminal. I'd rather go elsewhere for crappy food, at least I can actually get some better customer service experience for my money.

I ordered thru the drive thru and when I got to the window the kid at the window didn't say a word to me, just held out his hand for my money. Then handed it back to me, also without a word. And again when he handed me my food, not a single word was spoken. If you hate your job that much, just quit. Cuz his attitude definitely rubbed off on me and I left annoyed.

We had ordered on the kiosk due to us having cash and we had to wait around 10-20 minutes for someone to come to the register and once the employee did get to the register they were pretty rude to our group. After that the food took about 15-20 which I normally wouldn’t be upset about but I had already waited to pay. Both the people in front of us had waited over 20-25 minutes for their food as well.

I went through the drive-through and I ordered your new fries and a beef burrito. Both were lukewarm when I got home. I guess I’m not wanting to complain, but for the amount of money that food has gone up I think you’re gonna have to set your standards a little bit higher. Just wanted you to know otherwise a great restaurant.

LAZY workers. Placed a pick up order, only for the workers to receive it and slack off doing NOTHING for 30 whole minutes. Finally went inside just to see all of them huddled up & yapping away. Then they had the audacity to make me wait 15 more minutes so they could finally start making the order. Just so you know, next time you're supposed to be making an order when you receive it, not act like you're getting paid to do nothing. It's ok this time, but know better next time. Same energy back to you.
