Certain workers not everyone but some will not say a word to you when you get to the window. Expect you to hand over your card without being told a price. This has happened multiple times and continues to happen with certain workers. Very frustrating as they don’t even ask if you want your receipt and food quality has rapidly declined. This Taco Bell used to have the best workers not sure what happened but very disappointed.

Dillon is a fantastic asset to Taco Bell. He has a heart of gold and that’s hard to find nowadays. I knew right away that he loved his job because I saw it on his face and he greeted me with respect!!!!
I always come to this Taco Bell and the lady that helped me was rude said nothing to me almost forgot my food then gave me the total wrong order I asked for. Definitely a terrible experience this time around.

Poor customer service! Poor management! Dirty store! All the workers had an attitude! The drive thru person came to get the order while the manager hid behind the make-line! I get it, it’s the weekend of Oktoberfest but I feel like y’all could do better! And my fires were cold!!!!

My husband and I just ate there for the first time..the food was cold!! The employees were just standing around..the dining area was dirty..no tables cleaned off..food all over the floor..and in the womens bathroom no soap in the dispenser. Toilet paper on the floor and the toilet was dirty!! Will never be going back to that place!

The last 2 times I've been there, the employees were busy on their phones & totally screwed up my orders. I'm done with Taco Bell... there are plenty of other of fast food places I can spend my money.

i bartend and often times i grab some tbell on the way home from work for my and my partner. they never mess up my order. often times i modify some items and every time they make everything correct. tonight was amazing. 4th of july weekend the two closing employees did not disappoint. they were kind and did a great job making everything even though it was getting close to close. although i didn’t get any names i wanted to acknowledge how awesome holmen taco bell is <3
