Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a single cheeseburger with no tomato and the amount of onion that's on it is crazy and the Tomato that's on it is even worse considering I said no tomato. However for the most part I don't have these issues and generally like the food

I waited FOREVER to order at the drivethru. When I finally got there you cant hear them, they cant hear you. They did not have a single thing I I could think to order. I spent another quarter of an eternity waiting for the blizzard I didn't even want by the end of it all but wasn't not going to get anything because I couldn't escape the line. I'm just plain done with DQ. Only decent establishment left is Neenah north.

Always such a long wait, stopped tonight with nobody in line and still took forever. We have stopped going here and go to the twist instead because even with the drive it takes less time and its better ice cream.

Waited so long to order at the drive-up microphone, we gave up. Had to wait in line 7+ minutes to leave because we were trapped in line. Drove down the street and picked up 2 chicken quesadillas a drink and saved $$ doing so.

I found it extremely rude that when ordering my burger through the drive-thru the girl felt the need to talk over me instead of waiting until I completed my order to ask me if I wanted a double or triple burger and then she copped an attitude when I advised her if I wanted a double or triple I would have ordered it that way to begin with. (And I didn't have to say that. But I was mad because she interrupted me when I was in the middle of placing my order, which I find that to be extremely rude). And then she continued to be rude to me when I pulled up to the window to get my food.

This store is the worst in the area everytime i have been there in the last 4 months something is either broke, shut off an hour before close, or out of stock. Then if thats not enough it takes 20 to 30 mins to order and then get to the window to get your order in the drive thru because there are 3 people in the front serving customers but only one of them is actually putting orders together while the other 2 stand around doing nothing. I will never go here again due to the Piss poor service that never changes.

Placed an online order and they went above and beyond! Professional helpful staff!

They did a great job tonight. We ordered a bacon 2cheese double and a regular 2cheese double and 2 fries. Everything was really hot and made really well.

My husband ordered a large hot fudge sundae, I ordered the Peach something blizzard. The large sundae was about the smallest sundae I've ever seen and my blizzard wasn't mixed well at all. Peaches were hard to find but those hard pastry pieces were everywhere and not in a good way. Overpriced, and I realize it's prices are probably franchise driven but it definitely cured me of going back again.
