Guy wiped his nose with the same gloves he used to try and touch my sub, i made him change them. The place is disgusting and could really use a wiping or a sweep. Nasty.

My mobile order was completely wrong, which happens. Took the sub back to the store and was told they don't do refunds. What they *can* do is write my name on a cookie wrapper and then if I come in again they'll make me another sub. The kid and old guy didn't apologize or ask what was wrong with the order.. they clearly do not care. I never go to this location because it is markedly more expensive than Greenville or New London. Store is also filthy.

This place was filthy standing at the counter, waiting for my sandwich. If you looked behind all the stainless steel was dirty. There was crumbs everywhere. It was nasty and I don’t usually complain.

Dirty, they don’t wash their hands before putting gloves on, the younger kid always seems spacey and messes up my order the older gentleman always has to step in to fix. I ordered the new chicken hot honey sandwich and the kid put mayonnaise on it for no reason.

We’ve eaten there before and it was good but the seem to mess up the order a lot. We order through the app so they get a list of what we want so I don’t understand how they can mess it up. Last night it was absolutely horrible and wrong. It was as if it was slapped together as fast as they could have.Not sure we’ll be back.
