Very uncomfortable listening to someone scolding the very nice employee as soon as I picked up my order over which bag they used to pack it up. His tone was nasty and unprofessional and my food is getting cold because I’m taking the time to write this right now. That guy should be embarrassed speaking to another employee like that, let alone in front of customer. How sad. 6:20 pick up mobile order.

My husband picked up a birthday cake we ordered for our kid and we ordered it in blue icing. They put red on it and when he asked when he picked it up, the teenagers just shrugged… like if the birthday wasn’t tomorrow I would have had them redo it. This is unacceptable when charging $35 for a cake. You can clearly see on the order form it says blue. Do better.

Came here with my daughter. We both ordered a Blizzard. When they brought them out, they flipped hers upside down like they typically do with Blizzards to show the thick consistency. With mine they intentionally did not flip it upside down because it had the consistency of soup. When I made a remark about it, the girl told me she wasn't the one who made it. There wasn't even the acknowledgement that this was not up to normal standards. After a little more dialog she reluctantly offered to remake it. By this point my confidence in a remake was shot, so I declined.

This is the sixth Sunday we have ordered 4 kid meals and the fries are COLD. Even when I mentioned that we had previously gotten cold fries, they still gave us cold fries. I give up! We will go somewhere else.
Let's just say I didn't take my drink because the idiot who charged me $7.99 for a regular cheeseburger didn't like it when I questioned why, and I was thinking "what if he spit in it?" The food is always great and we used to drive 20 minutes just to go to the location in Howard because the one in Ashwaubenon never, and I literally mean never, has gotten our order right. The food is always great!
