Ordered 2 hotdogs and the pretzel sticks. Nothing was cooked. The pretzels were ice cold with the butter slopped on top, hot dogs weren’t even warmed up. Asked for ketchup when I ordered and they didn’t even give me any until I had to knock on the window and they just looked annoyed as hell that I was bothering them.

This has to be the state's worst service.
I have never seen anything this bad, they never said hi or thank you, they never repeated my order back, didn't offer to give me my receipt, had us sitting at the drive thru and never acknowledged us while we waited and waited and waited.
My dog's poop looks better than my hot fudge sundae!

We went to Dairy Queen in Howard, pulled up to the drive thru window. There were 4 people working. One as braiding another person's hair right in front of the window. The girl taking money had to walk around these people to get her things done. When the lady was done braiding hair she never washed her hands. The fact that they were doing any of this next to the drive thru window and near food was disgusting.

This location has the thinnest blizzards I’ve ever seen! 3rd let down with the family! Good flavor, but definitely not spoon able! They definitely don’t follow the cup tipping show!

Came through this establishment.. had gotten a heath brownie cupfection.. I had 4 pieces of heath on top.. a brownie that was hard as a rock.. and 90% of the container was hot fudge and hot caramel, that my ice cream was melted before it was even handed to me.. we won't be back..

This store cannot manage to get food or items out for the life of them. They cook two nights in a row now has messed up multiple orders and cannot figure out how to get things without taking 20 minutes. Please replace your kitchen staff.

Every time we go here, the employees are so rude. They act like you are bothering them. Went tonight with my husband, and both of our blizzards were 3/4 the way full. The worker didn't flip either of them over. I ordered a Reeses blizzard with added cheesecake, and there were like 2 pieces in the whole thing. This is the one closest to my house, but im really started to go to other places because it's always a bad experience.

Cooks can't handle their busy shift. Stay away. They can't complete orders correctly or efficently. Waste of time.

Haley & Maddi were so helpful, pleasant, and professional. Our orders were correct and very fast despite it being busy! They held the blizzards upside down for what felt like a whole minute!

We went through the drive-thru and placed an order for 3 adults and 2 children. Our order was taken within 1 minute and we recieved our food in less than 3 minutes. We recieved every item and the food was really good. The staff were right on and friendly.

Worst run Dairy Queen on the face of the earth. Employees wandering around pointlessly. Got a blizzard that was more like soup. When I complained the guy working looked puzzled, so I told him to flip over like he is supposed to. Splash. Manager begrudgingly made a new one and didn’t say a word, just slapped it on the counter.

Very uncomfortable listening to someone scolding the very nice employee as soon as I picked up my order over which bag they used to pack it up. His tone was nasty and unprofessional and my food is getting cold because I’m taking the time to write this right now. That guy should be embarrassed speaking to another employee like that, let alone in front of customer. How sad. 6:20 pick up mobile order.
