I went to this location for the first time just to get a matcha for my girlfriend. They weren’t busy at all no cars behind me no people inside and the matcha came out only 2/3 full. I didn’t realize this until I drove off but seriously? There were two younger girls working and the one at the window when I pulled up said nothing to me. There was no customer service at all.

The interior is cute, but the window by the straws is full of dead bugs, dirt and spiderwebs. Also, there are some heartwarming charity shirts hanging above the kitchen area on the wall that is above that. you can tell one of them is really taking the brute of one of the steam related devices that Dunkin’ has in their kitchen. As it looks wrinkled, old and slumped down in the picture frame it was originally placed in.
The food is all over the place. Whenever I actually go into your establishment, I get perfect looking plain bagel bites. They look like they could be in your commercial, but if I order off of any delivery app, DoorDash Uber eats whatever they show up looking as dry and wrinkled as Larry David and the inside is inedible, almost as if not seeing the customer equals not having to care about the customer. And that’s just a bagel bites. If you order any of the products that have egg in it on one of the delivery apps? good luck it always shows up burnt.
The staff are really nice sometimes! There’s one lady somewhere between 30 and 40 who is just the most welcoming person I’ve ever met not only will she take your order but she’ll do it happily and authentically absolutely wonderful. They put her on the food recently and even the food got better. On the bad end there is a younger tall skinny girl with brownish black hair; every single time I come in, she gives me the impression that she’s upset that I’ve come in as she usually gives a big sigh and stares at me. other morning they ran out of one of the flavors in the back and I said “whatever you suggest I’m not picky” I’ve never seen someone look so upset about being asked to improvise. I’ve heard the same person yell “he’s so weird” in a loud upset voice on one of my visits. I’m not saying it was directed at me but I am saying it helped me decide that I don’t think I’ll be returning after 2-3 months of being a customer I shouldn’t have to feel like I ruined your day for showing up

Did a mobile order and the last few times now I was told they don’t have what I ordered. Today ordered 50 munchkins and the spider donut and they told me they don’t have any donuts because the manager told them not to make any.

Me and my Fiance usually go to this Dunkin for our ice coffees and they are always good but today the coffees tasted off and burnt tasting i took two sips and couldn't drink anymore

I was really torn on how to rate this experience because the staff, the food, and the service was awesome, but management should be ashamed of themselves. I brought two of my grandchildren in for breakfast sandwiches and there were two people working and they were swamped. I asked if they had people calling in sick and they said no this is how they were scheduled. Very poor management. Lucky you have good staff but don’t expect them to stick around very long!!!
