The service was great. The food on the other hand was not. I just don’t recommend eating the food here. The food does not look like the pictures and it tastes horrible. Coffee and donuts are great.

Ugh.. I love love LOVE Dunkin. Every time I go through the drive thru everyone is super sweet and polite.. I love seeing their smiles:) I always have an easy visit. My drink always tastes great.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options!!

Garbage cans outside were overflowing with trash. Garbage on the ground. Inside needed vacuuming and tables needed cleaning. Place was not busy so things could easily have been done.

If being pissed off first thing after leaving the house is your thing, head here! Biggest group of crotchety employees south of Lineville Road, but hey, at least they own it in the consistent bad attitude category! Drinks won't taste the same 2, 3, 4 days in a row, which takes a certain skill to do. Do yourself a favor, skip, and buy a coffee maker.

The poor employees are overworked, unpaid, and underappreciated! I wish they had better management so my visits went smoother. The baristas are NOT the problems. They are all very sweet and welcoming.

I've been here over 5 times wanting glazed donuts and they never have any. What donut company doesn't have the most basic donuts? Glazed with Chocolate on top, Blueberry..... definitely can't get them here. I even specifically asked about them to the manager and was told they have all flavors daily made at 11am. Nope! They sure don't!
I love how the service was very kind. I loved how one of the employees. I believe their name was Emmett. They did an amazing job taking my order every time when I go to Dunkin' donuts. I always like seeing a cheery attitude in the employees. It brings a smile to my face because I normally go to Dunkin' donuts when I'm about to start my shift at a hotel because I work nights and I like to have my caffeine on hand so I can stay more awake. But overall, Emmett did an amazing job because basically I feel like he almost knows my order every time because I always ask for the extra pump of caramel in my coffee, either a, macchiato or a caramel latte. Emmett did an amazing job They always seem to make a smile on my face because the last time that I was at Dunkin' donuts Emmett and another employee commented on my makeup because I did a sunset smokey eye and that actually made me feel happy

I ordered a bagel sandwich and noticed there was a hair in it. When I went to open the sandwich, I found 3 more pieces of hair. I immediately threw it away. If you order from here, please check your food before eating it. I am so disgusted and will not be going back.

Put in a mobile order. Went to drive thru, 4 people ahead of me so I ran in and not a single person in line inside. Simply told them I put in a mobile order and said they'd be right with me. 10 minutes later I finally got my plain coffee ( after they completed every single drive thru order, regardless of the fact that I put my order in before any of them)If you want to order on the app to expedite things- skip this location and go to Starbucks or even mc donalds.
